Everything was in there money, phone and our dog. I went in to ask to use a phone and she suggested a "break in" car kit they had. We're elderly and really had no idea how to use it. That's when the gentleman said let's go try. We worked on it a few minutes and a couple of other customers stepped in. Between all of us we got the van unlocked. And with no damage to our van.
