After putting a $300 deposit for three small matching tattoos for three people, I neglected to bring my daughter's birth certificate to our appointment.They would not reschedule us. They would not help us out in any way and told us we should have given a 48-hour notice when cancelling our appointment. .we did not want cancel we just wanted a chance to get our tattoos. Their business practices are rediculous. They had not one client all day and took our money with no remorse and no heart to Reschedule us. Yes I fucked up and forgot her birth cirtificate..I get that..but God they could have rescheduled us and made three people so very happy. Compassion is not in their employees. Ripped $300 right from us. And got nothing but a broken 18 year olds heart...it was her birthday

Summer had come outside and angrily asked me to get off the premises ( which i couldnt because my car broke down) She was extremely verbally volatile. They werent even open and were so unhelpful and rude. I'm 18 and i just could not make sense of how someone could be so uncaring in a situation like that.
