Mike hand drew this photo, I gave him an idea of what I wanted and he completely nailed it!

I had such a great experience here! Everyone was like family as soon as you walked in, every other tattoo shop that I had visited, almost feels like your not wanted there in a way.. but not one bit here. Mike was FANTASTIC, he took my idea and totally twisted it and made it into something I never would've thought of and I LOVE IT!! Great music choices, great conversation, and AMAZING prices! Mike was very informative, sterile, and welcoming. Most importantly talented and very professional. Would definitely recommend to the next.

After my two friends and I had a horrible experience with customer service at Elite Ink earlier in the morning, this was our third stop and we hoped it would be a good one. The moment we stepped in, we were greeted and they asked us what we were coming in for. We asked about the Friday the 13th sale and they directed us to the girl there, who was an apprentice and was apparently going to be the only one working on sale tattoos. Thought that was strange but I didn't have a problem with that; apprentices need the practice too and after seeing the available templates, I really didn't mind. Got my treble clef tattoo and held my friend's hand during her game controller tat. Our other friend got a (realistic) heart tattoo, not the generic cartoony kind. She actually started passing out and mentioned seeing stars, and our tat artist stopped with the needle immediately so there wouldn't be any unfortunate accidents. She gently pushed my friend back against the chair, told her to lay back for now, and went to ask for assistance. One of the artists who looks like he has been at the shop for longer--a guy with gauges and a short black beard--came in immediately to check on my friend. He was very knowledgeable and patient about how to handle it, explained what to do and why to the apprentice who never had someone pass out yet until that day, and gave my friend candy from the lobby with some water. She threw up into the trash bin they brought for her and they also had some Listerine ready so she could gargle the gross taste of vomit from her mouth. Then the guy told the apprentice to give my friend a few minutes to stabilize before continuing with the tattoo. His explanation during the whole thing was actually awfully informative, and it was a learning moment for both the apprentice as well as for us. I'm thankful they handled it so well. The apprentice, she was very friendly the whole time and happily spoke with us about a bunch of random things while we were all getting tattooed. I really appreciate that she took the time to look over our tattoos multiple times to ensure that she wasn't missing spots, and then she even asked us if there was anything else that was small that we needed to add to our tattoos. Two of us didn't want to take advantage of her for that so we told her that we were fine because we loved the tattoo designs as they were. One of my friends did ask for a couple of tiny stitching marks on the heart that she got tattooed though, and the apprentice was very accommodating about that. She deserved the tip after helping us today. She was also excited when I told her I was drawing up a design for my own gaming sleeve and said she'd really love to help with something like that. I know I want to come back to her when I get paid next week to plan another more complex tattoo. Definitely come here if you want to be in a good environment with good people and customer service, and if you want some amazing tattoos. Most of them charge by the hour and the prices vary depending on complexity based on the artist, so definitely speak to them before assuming prices on a tattoo you want! : ) P.S.: We noticed the massive Infinity Gauntlet in their back room area from just outside, and the girl there totally let my friend put it on to try and use. That gauntlet is amazing, LOL! Thanks for letting us goof around with it for like a minute! xD

While this was happening the staff member I was sitting with was very impatient and unprofessional, at one point also asking me "Where's her f*cking ID?" I left the building with a little spike helix piercing, thinking it looked good. However, within the week, the spike had COME OFF. it's not a twist-off (even if it was, I never would've been able to find it) it actually just like... popped off. After that, I didn't want to accept that I had flushed $70 down the toilet, so I flipped it around and would press it in every hour or so because, even still, without the spike, it would sink into my ear and close the hole. This was a very painful addition to my piercing journey. And this morning, when I woke up, the whole thing was gone and the hole was closed. I'm very, very, unhappy about my piercing, and if I could go back in time, I would've gone somewhere else.

If you come here at night, you might think you're walking into a punk/metal club. The decor in each booth shows off the personality of the artists. But, don't freak at the skulls and horror movie statues: these are some of the coolest people you'll ever meet. Assuming you're here for a tattoo, your first stop will be looking at the books by artists here so you can see what kind of work they do. Some of the artwork is so beautiful and elaborate that you could make a print and hang it in a museum. The guy who did my work was Matt Black. We exchanged texts with my sketch of the design I wanted, and his ideas for how it would work. After seeing his work in the book, I shouldn't have been surprised, but the artwork he did was beautiful. I couldn't have imagined that my crude sketch would turn into something so impressive. I just got back from Las Vegas, where a tattoo parlor wanted to charge $250 for an hour of work; this was a place rated as a $$ price, which is crazy. The people out there are no better than the people here. Matt did my tattoo in about 2 hours, and it cost $250. Don't feel like you have to spend a fortune on a tattoo, and definitely don't go to a cheap place to save a few bucks. Eternal Tatoos will give you art that will stand the test of time.

This was her first time having her ears pierced. She is 6 years old. They were quick about it and she did not even cry. She was also really happy that they gave her a sucker afterwards. My other daughter is 10 and we just got hers done today. She has had her ears pierced in the past, but they did not properly heal, we had to remove them, and they closed up. Seeing how well my 6 year olds piercings are healing, we decided to give hers another try. Again, no tears with the piercing. They are both very happy, and we will be back to shop for more earrings once they are fully healed.

After making a quick call from the malls parking lot to the Piercing Pagoda the girl that helped us certainty for the size wall suddenly gone, and fault and blame was immediately placed on us, and NOTHING COULD BE DONE.!? I understand that this is a cosmetic item but come on now! Seems like you can do something for a long time customer, but apparently I was wrong. An explanation of well "I showed it to you" is not acceptable as Good Customer Service or product knowledge. Guess it's back to specialty shops. At least they can guarantee their products are American made jewelry, and the workers will know proper sizing of the products. I guess giving us a break on the right size jewelry was too much, and may break the bank. But after doing a little research I can see why ! The freight on knock-off Chinese made, grade 2 or lower jewelry is outrageous!!!
