Somehow Ben and Al, who greeted us and helped us prior to our appt, were able to manage all of us and communicate along the way. They were awesome and their teamwork and service was top tier. They also both hyped me up about my stud and totally unprompted. My only regret is not booking another appt simultaneously when it was open LOL! Ben is by far the best piercer I've ever had. He also saved my sister fees by piercing her ear with a dull needle so she only had to pay for the jewelry. Overall I would recommend them to anyone! Worth the price and the wait. So, I decided to check it out. As soon as I walked in, there was no greeting--just, "What's your birthdate?" Then, they handed me an iPad and asked me to fill out some forms. I explained I was there for the free consultation and asked what kind of information they needed. The response? "We need to see if you qualify for removal." Folks, that's how a scam starts. "We need to see if you qualify" really means, "Let's figure out how much we can charge you." There's no qualification for tattoo removal! The only thing that qualifies you is having money. If there's any actual science involved, you're not going to hear about it because they won't give you a consultation until they check if you're financially viable. I called their corporate office to complain and got the same scripted response: "We just need to assess your financial options." All I wanted to know was how much it would cost, which I assumed I'd learn during the consultation. Then, I get a text saying my appointment has been canceled, followed by a message about how they "would've loved to serve me." What a load of nonsense. If this review seems a little hostile, it's because I drove nearly an hour for a bait-and-switch. Avoid this company at all costs. The whole experience screams that they're out to financially exploit you. They might as well just tell you to bring your bank statement to the free consultation. What a total joke!

Once outside of the cancellation window they were more responsive, however rude and unwilling to flex on their policy even after citing reasons why I was uncomfortable moving forward with their hair services, and willingness to work with them before deciding to cancel (the result was not what I wanted and I communicated this within 24 hours to them). I was dissatisfied with the hair trial for my wedding, which was voiced during the trial and dismissed, and now I am stuck with a non-refundable deposit because of their poor communication practices. I politely requested the difference of the deposit and trial services refunded to me, and was met with extreme defensiveness. I felt extremely undervalued as a customer, and their apology simply did not feel genuine or with any desire to make it right. Be careful when referencing their "not normal business hours" approach, because they will use this to say that just about any time that you contact them does not fall within that time frame. This is the main concern, I had high hopes and excitement for their services based on previous reviews, and was incredibly disappointed with the way they do business. They are very shady with contracts, and seems they will skew their words to ensure they are not violating their own contract. See the other one star reviews, it was a similar experience. Aside from that, Kaity who did my makeup was absolutely incredible. I started with wanting "natural but amp-ed up" and then realized I liked a lot more glam. She listened and provided advice, gave me exactly like my inspiration, and the makeup lasted all day - even after a gym workout. If you are confident in your services and need no changes, this make-up is worth it.

We talked for quite awhile and she took the time to make sure I was going to be happy with my purchase. We talked and compared tattoos as well... so just my personal view, because I have lovely tattoos done by an impressive artist and the girl that helped me had some beautiful tats too, but we also both had awful ones done by hacks. If you've got tats, you know what I'm talking about, you form a bond talking about them with complete strangers. The prices are great and the jewelry is quality. I wouldn't hesitate to stop again to pick up something new.

Samantha pierced my nose on December 1, and she also pierced my husband's nose previously. We've both had nothing but positive experiences with her, which makes this even more disappointing. I arrived about 15 minutes early for my appointment because we finished lunch sooner than expected. When I checked in, I specifically said, "We're early, but I have an appointment at 2:45," fully expecting to wait. The response I received was, "Well, we work by appointment, and we're assisting other appointments ahead of you." While that was true, the delivery felt unnecessarily condescending. My husband and I both commented afterward that the interaction immediately felt off. My appointment was simply to check whether my piercing had healed enough for a hoop and if not, to get new jewelry that would be easier to clean than the sparkle I had in. I had already come in a few months earlier to have the post downsized, and at that time I was told it wasn't ready yet and to come back later. During this visit, I explained that I got the piercing on December 1. To which he laughed and I don't understand why. I'm type A and I just know these details and thought I was being helpful by including a little more context. I explained that my goal was eventually to switch to a hoop if it had healed enough. After examining it, he said he would not recommend a hoop yet, which was completely fine--I came in specifically to get professional guidance. He then told me that if he were me, he would stop putting makeup on. I understand that makeup can slow healing, but the way it was communicated came across as judgmental rather than educational. I replied that I wasn't going to stop wearing makeup, and he explained that it would continue to heal more slowly. Fine. I was simply there to check and understand where I was in the process. I know that I'm not the expert, telling me to not wear makeup for months on end is completely unrealistic and I'm sure many women feel the same. I ended up choosing different jewelry instead of a hoop, and he changed it for me. He also took the time to thoroughly explain how to safely change my jewelry myself, which I genuinely appreciated. I'm happy with the new jewelry, the fit, and the information he shared. Unfortunately, the overall attitude throughout the appointment overshadowed those positives. I left feeling uncomfortable rather than cared for. I even chose not to leave a tip, which is very unusual for me because I always tip for services. When I checked out, both staff members were kind and let me know they would be happy to help me change my jewelry in the future if I needed it. I appreciated that, but by then I had already decided I won't return. Feeling uncertain about what kind of interaction I'll have each time I come in--especially when I eventually want a hoop--creates more anxiety than it's worth. It's disappointing because I truly believe the shop provides quality work, and Samantha has been wonderful. I just wish the customer experience had matched the quality of the service I received. I understand that tone and what I experienced was subjective, however, after seeing reviews others have experienced the same.

I'd scheduled my appointment with her for 11 am but I didn't actually arrive until almost 11:20, I feared I had lost my spot due to the chaos of my morning that day but she was very understanding and still gave me a very great make up job for my Halloween. I was very comfortable while working with her and she was very helpful at helping me get exactly what I wanted. She is also very resourceful and creative. The pricing was very fair and I was very satisfied with the job that was done. Possibly the only downside was later that night when I was taking the liquid latex out of my facial hair but I guess I should've anticipated that though.
