This clinic stepped in and completely changed everything. They treated him with such compassion and urgency. They performed X-rays, gave pain medication, started antibiotics, provided food, and monitored him carefully. They were honest, kind, and focused on what the cat actually needed, not on upselling fear-based care. What truly amazed us is that they comped the bill and told us that all follow-up care will be free. In a moment where we were emotionally overwhelmed and financially scared, they showed pure humanity. This was a burn victim who deserved a fighting chance, and this team gave him exactly that. They did not just provide medical care, they saved a life. I will forever be grateful to this clinic. If you are ever in a crisis with your pet, this is the kind of place you pray you find.

There is something about her calming way that makes him tolerate her gentle manipulation as she cuts and fluffs. He leaves with an attitude, knowing that he looks good and that he's going to get a lot of attention. I love the fact that it is easy to make an appointment, and my fur baby is always done when she says he will be. The communication is stellar, the shop is clean, in a good location, and everyone working there genuinely seems to love their job.
