Can't say enough good things about Pets At Peace and their staff. We thought we would have some more time with our Chief but unfortunately had to make the difficult decision to send him to doggy heaven.Spoke to Dr Tiffany Saturday morning and she was able to fit us in that same evening.Dr Kristen came to our home explained the process and answered all our questions. She took the the time to do everything carefully and make our pup as comfortable as possible. When the time came she was so caring and thoughtful of our feelings.Dr Kristen is the most compassionate caring person, she made one of the hardest decisions and days of our lives a little easier. The price you pay for the service is nothing compared to the peace that comes with knowing a part of your family is going to rest in the comfort of their home, and not in a cold veterinary office. If you find yourself in a position where you know it's your pets time, I highly recommend your trust Pets At Peace.

Absolutely incredible experience and I cannot recommend Dr Tiffany enough. The whole experience was peaceful and our dog did not experience any pain. Our boy was most comfortable on the tile, so she sat on the ground with him the whole time. My daughter lay on the other side patting him. What a compassionate, sweet vet. Thank you

This is a recent photo of my wonderful companion, Brigitte, the miniature poodle.

Short version = Tiffany at Pets at Peace responded quickly (I reached out late Monday evening, and she came to our house early in the afternoon the next day). She was compassionate (she went above and beyond to make sure my pet was comfortable and felt no pain). She took her time (which allowed me to take my time saying goodbye). Tiffany made an impossible situation the best it could be for all involved, and I will be eternally grateful to her for that. Long version = My wonderful companion, Brigitte, the miniature poodle, was diagnosed with lung cancer in August 2025. She did well for most of the next few months, but after the new year she started declining. On the evening of January 5th, 2026, I made the decision that every pet owner dreads. I reached out to Tiffany at Pets at Peace that night, and she came to our house at 12:30 pm the next day. This next part is important so please read as it may help you and your pet. I told Tiffany my biggest worry was the initial injection used to sedate Brigitte before the euthanasia injection was given. For my past two dogs it was clear that this shot stung a little, which was distressing for them (at least briefly) and for me (ever since). So, before giving Brigitte that sedative/anesthesia injection, Tiffany gave Brigitte an oral sedative that made her fall asleep first (we were lucky; Brigitte was still eating until the very end and we were able to mix the oral sedative in with some bread and cheese, which she always loved). After several minutes, when I was comfortable Brigitte was deeply asleep, Tiffany injected the main sedative/anesthesia. I watched Brigitte very closely as this injection was administered and I was very relieved to see that she did not react at all. This was the greatest gift Tiffany gave both of us. After several more minutes passed, Tiffany administers the final injection. Again, I watched Brigitte very closely, and I am confident she died as quickly, painlessly, and peacefully as possible. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Tiffany and Pets at Peace, on behalf of both Brigitte and me.

Having to do this and end your love for an animal is one of the hardest things anyone has to do. Dr. Tiffany was simply amazing. Though a painful process, she made it the most comforting and as easy as possible thing to go through. She was actually referred to me by a friend. I see why my friend did this. She took such good care of my dog, before and after her passing. I would trust her forever and will now use her forever next time I face this. Thank you for helping to make this a more peaceful and comfortable process for her and me.

Last Wednesday 3/6/2024 we decided to set our sweet Jerry free. He was 17 1/2 & has been suffering from Canine Cognitive Dementia for several months. Dr. Lossman (formerly Germano) at Pima North Animal Hospital recommended Dr. Tiffany to us for at home euthanasia. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Tiffany. She arrived and was very patient, kind, and soft spoken. I felt completely at ease with expressing my emotions and speaking to her. She spent some time with us and our other pup Mickey who gave her the tail wag approval before we said goodbye to Jerry. We are heartbroken, but knowing we have someone like Dr. Tiffany makes us feel at peace with our decision. You never want to have to make this decision, but if you find yourself having to I cannot stress enough how much better at home euthanasia is. Although we adore Dr. Lossman and her staff at Pima North, just getting Jerry into a car and driven over there to the vet would have been extremely stressful. At home he was able to be in his bed, eating steak, and it was very peaceful. Thank you Dr. Tiffany for helping us through an extremely difficult day. Thank you for the hand written card you sent just days after helping us put our Jerry to rest. That card meant the world to us. Adding some photos of our Jere-Bear in healthier days.

A life lived giving all my love and getting loved all the time...

Dr. Tiffany was so supportive and caring. Honestly, we couldn't have hoped for a better experience in bringing rest to our Wheaten Terrier that we had for 14 1/2 yrs. She felt like a part of the family that we entrusted our Teddy Bear to. Don't hesitate to schedule with her. She is very accomodating and everything was explained and we were never feeling rushed or pushed. Thank you again Dr Tiffany...

Our almost 19 y/o fur baby was on hospice for about a month and was doing incredibly well. Unfortunately, one day she rapidly declined and her hospice provider was not available to come out that same day. We searched for other providers and after a few failed calls we found Dr. Tiffany, who also did not have availability the same day. However, after hearing a quick summary of our situation, Dr. Tiffany made time and came out just 5 hours later, at 8pm that same day. She was exactly who we needed in this time of grief and sorrow. She made the entire process as tolerable as possible for our whole family. She is an angel. We are sad for the reason we met her but so very thankful for having the opportunity to bring her into our home to help us through one of the most difficult times imaginable. Thank you Dr. Tiffany.

I can't say enough about Dr. Tiffany. She was compassionate, kind and gave us the time we needed with our dog. It is evident that she loves dogs as much as we do. She treated our Memphis with the most respect and care. This was our first at home euthanasia, and I will never do it any other way or with any other doctor.

RIP beautiful sweet Slinky. We will always miss you

So when we recently decided it was that time to say goodbye to Georgia, I decided to reach out to VVMVS again. Similar to my last experience, the team was super empathetic and professional on the phone, and we scheduled our appointment for a few days later. Dr. Kormos and Alicia cam out this time and helped facilitate another peaceful passing. They were communicative about timing on the day of the appointment. My daughter and our other dog were there and while we were all very emotional, I'm glad that we could surround Georgia with love as we watched her go. We miss her beyond words but are also relieved that she is no longer in pain. We will cherish the paw print and all of the memories and carry Georgia in our hearts with us always. If you are in this predicament and seeking an in-home visit of any sort for your pet, I do recommend Valet Vet.

Apparently she got into a cat fight and the puncture wounds on her belly abscessed rather quickly. I called several mobile vets in the hopes they could come to me as my cat was incredibly stressed and fearful and I didn't want to exacerbate it by taking her to our regular vet who only had long waits and no appointments available. When I called the office manager Tammy said they didn't have any appointments available, and that the vet tech had already gone home for the day, but after we spoke about what was going on she told me "hold on" and when she came back to the phone she said they were going to come to me right away. I could tell how much she cared about my cat just from our conversation. Dr. Garthe was wonderful with my poor grumpy girl, who isn't much of a people cat. She had her calmed (as calm as an in pain cat can be) and drained and cleaned the wound, and then taught me how to care for it. Today shes eating, drinking and even playing again! Its very apparent that she truly cares about our fur babies, and I would call her again in a heartbeat if I needed her. I would give an arm and a leg for my cat, but at the end of the day the superb care she provided was incredibly affordable. I would recommend Dr. Garthe to anyone looking for someone that cares about their animals like they're their own. Thank you Dr. Garthe, and Tammy, you were an incredible assistant! I'm eternally grateful.

Noticing our girl's arthritis was getting worse, and the light in her eyes was not what it once was, we decided it was time to let our girl rest in peace. After much research/phone calls, we decided on Peaceful Passing to come to our home. We had to schedule about a week and a half out (quite daunting to know a date was coming), and we took care of payment in advance. The day of, they called us asking how we would like to remit payment (ugh). I made flower leis for our girl and my toddler son to wear, as we wanted to have her collar, and we waited for the call that the Dr was about 10 min out...then I broke down. After the Dr came, and she was at peace, we spent some time with her saying goodbye. She was taken with her blanket she was on, and we requested for it back. When it came time to pick her up, there was no blanket (I realized when I got home). I called, and they said they would look into it. A couple days later, they said it's ready to be picked up and they found it; I got it, and it smelled strong like Tide...which we don't use. After my mind went crazy with assumptions, I called them asking for an explanation; the blanket was washed because of bodily fluids, and they sent it home with another family! I was so sad that it didn't have her smell anymore, and that they mixed that up, and didn't tell me. My trust for them really went out the window with this ending...and wasn't really impressed with their presentation (we got a white gift bag, no writing, and a tin box).
