I don't think I will ever be able to properly thank the staff at Hand & Orthopedic Physical Therapy in Draper for the quality of care that they provided me during my rehabilitation from full knee replacement surgery. From my very first appointment Eli took the time to understand me and my circumstances and put together a plan to help me through my recovery. Also special thanks to Hailey, Tasha, Andrew and Thomas as they all were excellent at taking me through my excercises. I arrived for PT an overweight, out of shape old man and everyone made the work as pleasant as possible while still making sure I was doing the needed work, I know it was no easy task. Everyone took time to ask questions as we did the work and listened to me and provided feedback on what they were doing and how it was progressing. After a snowboarding crash where I broke nearly every bone in my arm that required 12 hour's worth of surgeries, the doctors told me I would never regain full mobility in my arm. Four weeks after surgery, I met Shad for the first time, he immediately showed deep concern for the rehabilitation of my arm, while giving confidence that I would regain mobility. Four weeks into PT, by the grace of God and Shad's dedication to my recovery, my arm is more mobile than doctors expected. Shad treats his patients the way he would want to be treated, he spends extra time and care to make sure the best outcome is achieved. I would give 10 stars if I could, and I'm so very grateful that Dr Fenton (Peak Orthopedics) referred me to these good folks for PT/rehab on my Total Knee Replacement surgeries... Paramount to my excellent experience is the fact that I was able to start PT a full month ahead of my first knee surgery, rather than waiting until after the fact of surgery... this is 'mission-critical' to get one's leg muscles toned and strengthened *BEFORE* the procedure, as, in my case PT/rehab - regain of function/range of motion went far quicker and more comfortably than had I waited to start PT after my procedures... ...get a referral from your surgeon a month *BEFORE* your procedure date, get dialed-in with Elijah and Hailey for 2 x week sessions to tone your leg muscles - do what they say and put your heart into the exercises, and you'll be recovered and walking better than ever in record time!... ...I have zero regrets and feel truly blessed to have had Elijah and Hailey overseeing my recovery... ...My highest recommendation and endorsement go to these fine people... read more

This was THE BEST experience for physical therapy on my knee. Jay Turcuato and his staff are all very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. I went in unable to walk down the stairs among many other physical activities due to my injured knee and Jay helped me strengthen specific muscles and educated me on various things I didn't realize I was doing to favor the knee. I am NOW running with better form, jumping and exercising without pain...and with a much stronger knee. I seriously haven't been without some level of pain in my knee for years. Now I have NO pain. If you are in need of physical therapy and you want it to be as enjoyable as it possibly can be, THIS is your place and Jay is the man. It's not easy but it's worth it!!!
