They charged 600$ in labor for 1 motorcycle tire replacement!!! prior to this promised me that it would not take any longer than 1.5 hours at 147$ dollars an hour in labor. 800+$ total for 1 tire(TIRE COST 250 OUT THE DOOR) and kept my bike for 5 days! Then they had the audacity to bride me 50 dollars off the price to leave a good review! I will never do business with these dishonest guys again! Literally I don't even have to say anything bad because the truth speaks for itself! Ps. I had to have a shop fix there damage that they hid on the inside of the tire. After speaking to the employees who work here, I felt comfortable and confident that my bike would be in good hands. I had picked up a couple of tires that I wanted to put on and asked if they would be able to put them on even if not purchased through them. They said that it was not a problem. When I dropped my bike off, I told Jason that my bike had been making a strange sound from the front end. Jerry said that they would take a look at it and see if they could figure out what it was. When I picked up my bike, they had gone above and beyond not only to put on my tires but also to find the source of the strange noise that had been bugging me. Stan told me that when he looked at my front forks, he found a binding in them that they fixed. My bike is no longer making the noise, and I am very pleased with the outcome and my first experience with Poor Boy Motorcycle Mechanic. The original seat pan was reused, and I was given a few foam firmness options to choose from, which really helped dial it in to what I wanted. When I finally got them back, the job was poorly done. I asked about the unacceptable job, he basically told me I didn't know what I was talking about. Prior to dropping off the seats I explained in detail what I needed. I had already purchased the frames, new foam, and sewn seat covers from corvette central. All he needed to do was to hog ring the covers to the frame. I would never recommend this shop.
