I was uneasy during the entire process as there was an overall apathy towards my case. Someone was supposed to call me back twice in one week but did not. I signed the agreement to pay a reduced fine which is submitted to the court by the attorney. When I contacted the court I was told the attorney has not submitted the agreement and that was truly frustrating. In the final analysis, hiring this lawyer to "handle my ticket" was a frustration and something I could have done myself. Not worth it. I depend on Yelp for accurate and authentic reviews, but this time it did not work out as I expected.

The attorney Ann was very nice…read more However, her assistant Lisa, is INCREDIBLY rude and speaks to Spanish speakers as if they are beneath her. You would think because Lisa is Hispanic and can speak Spanish is very kind and helpful but she makes the experience dreadful. She takes advantage of the fact Ann doesn't speak Spanish to treat and talk to Spanish speaking potential clients as if they were less than her, and has the audacity to LIE to Ann that the clients are trying to argue with her, when in reality, they wanted to ask a simple question that Lisa was being vague about. My parents had a very horrible experience because of Lisa's condescending behavior and will be seeking representation elsewhere. If immigrants, who are trying to seek advice to do it the right way to become a citizen, bother Lisa so much, I advise she look for another job, preferably the DMV, since they are as rude as her and will for sure hire her. If Ann is a good attorney, having Lisa, with a patronizing and haughty attitude, as an assistant is a poor reflection of her firm.
