With better fitness offerings and a trial option, this gym could be excellent.

I do worry that once word gets out about this gym, it'll be nearly impossible to find parking outside of the parking lot (industrial area bordering a huge park). As it's a newer gym, they don't have any top rope routes and the weight room is pretty sparse. I don't think I'd be able to give up my current gym completely due to the limited selection of weight lifting equipment here, and spending an additional $100 just to boulder is...hard to swallow. I'll be keeping an eye out for promotions and additional features to fully make the switch!

Working with Caitlin completely transformed my pregnancy and postpartum experience. From day one, Caitlin brought such deep wisdom, calm, and kindness into every interaction. She guided me through breathing techniques, helpful movements for labor, and thoughtful ways to keep my husband involved and confident throughout the birthing process. Her support didn't stop there--her postpartum guidance was invaluable for my healing and for adjusting to life with a newborn (and she even helped us navigate things with our toddler!). What I appreciated most was how collaborative she was. Caitlin never came in with a one-size-fits-all approach; instead, she listened, offered options, and worked with me to figure out exactly what I needed as a mom--and what would help my baby thrive. I cannot recommend Caitlin enough to anyone looking for genuine, knowledgeable, and compassionate support before, during, and after birth. She is truly a gift.

She is responsive to any limits I may have on a given day; as I am over 65, that's significant. The facilities are well-maintained and have both reformers and a Cadillac available for one-on-one work, which is a good benefit. I highly recommend Club Pilates and Honey for private sessions given my experience.

They offer both Pole and Aerial classes, each with their own vibe and energy. Pole classes are held in Suite N and tend to have a bolder, more expressive atmosphere. Aerial classes are in Suite O and are usually calmer and more focused on flow and form. Make sure you head to the correct suite depending on your class. When you arrive, just check in with the instructor, or follow the lead of others in the room. Some instructors like to check everyone in personally, while others are more casual about it. It's a no-shoes kind of space. For Aerial, you're usually barefoot or in socks. For Pole, you're either barefoot or in heels depending on the class. I've taken a variety of classes over the years, but these days I'm more focused on Aerial. I especially want to shout out KC, who is my favorite instructor. She's clear, encouraging, and just a great teacher overall. Her classes are the perfect mix of supportive and challenging, and I always leave feeling stronger and more confident. I've been a student since the studio was called Poletential, back when it was under different ownership. It's been great to see the space evolve while still staying a welcoming and empowering place to train.

My friend and I came here for a static trapeze class this past weekend on a Friday evening…read more The location is a little tucked away in the center of a business plaza but we both got here early and there's plenty of parking around so wasn't an issue. We were both complete beginners to trapeze so it was going to be an experience to start. I think overall it was very interesting and the other people who were in the class were definitely expert level including our instructor who was absolutely phenomenal in perfecting his craft. I think there were a few drawbacks that would prevent us from coming back here which include: 1) The instructor got quite frustrated/visibly upset at us when I fell after trying to balance myself. It was a bit odd because as beginners, we're there to learn, make mistakes and build confidence especially in an environment completely new for the both of us. We felt like it was unprofessional side and both def felt discouraged even though we laughed it off in person. We are both grew up in the dance community, so we know how toxic it can be to have teachers like this who react out of frustration vs support but we're not children anymore who are actively trying to hurt ourselves. I think it's entirely possible for this place to enforce safety without snapping at or shaming students. 2) This place COVID vaxx checks still. My friend and I have no issue with showing this as we're we've both got this done plus boosters since the start of the pandemic. It's a business' respective choice to ask for this 100% but it did feel a little outdated given it's the Summer of 2025 and we both haven't had to show proof of this in over 3 years. I'm still glad we tried this together and though we will likely never come back, I hope future classes foster a more positive and welcoming tone, especially for first-timers!

The location is beautifully decorated! It's a quiet office with a large hallway restroom, complimentary coffee and teas in the waiting room. Being within a Dr's office, it was clean and felt safe and serene. I received the 90 min hot stone massage and opted for the CBD oil add-on. My neck, shoulder and arm pain is something that comes and goes. At its worst, I feel radiating pain and achiness that can continue for several days and disturb my sleep. This time, instead of "enduring" it for several days (and whining to my husband) I booked an appt with Linda. Online booking is super easy and convenient. If you don't know what type of massage you want or need, it's OK! Because Linda will ask you and adjust as needed. When I told her my symptoms, she included some trigger points and stretches! Ahhhhhh She definitely focused on my neck, shoulder and arm (main complaint) but did not forget the rest of my body! ( I didn't realize my lower back and legs were also tight!) The CBD oil did not smell and was a thick oil. She told me not to shower tonight. The only bad thing about CBD oil is that if it gets in your hair, your hair looks super greasy. So bring a hat if you need to go somewhere afterward. Not sure if it was the CBD or the actual massage, but I slept really well and did not wake up multiple times, as I had been doing! My neck and shoulder felt so much better, very loose and I no longer felt the deep radiating ache! I plan to do bi-weekly appts with Linda, as part of my self-care routine!

Be prepared for cuteness overload. I surprised my partner with this experience for Valentine's Day…read more I'm glad we didn't actually go on Valentine's Day because it's a group experience. Anyway, I was kind of intimidated by doing this for several reasons so let me just walk you through my anxiety (in case you're like me) and need your nerves calmed. First, the yoga. I'm not the biggest fan of yoga. Thankfully, this was a very basic yoga class. Also, there was a very relaxed feel because the focus is the goats. Expect side conversations and giggles every now and then and photographs being taken because, again, the goats. Next thing I was nervous about was the dress code. I ended up wearing sweatpants, sneakers, and a t-shirt which was the right decision in February. Still, there were some people that showed up in jeans and had no problem. Then, there was the drive, specifically the mention that I needed AWD. The check in actually happens at the entrance of the driveway which was not clear at first, but once there I saw the gathering of vehicles and it all clicked. AWD is definitely needed to make it past the entrance and even though I was given a number if I needed to contact someone, T-Mobile has no service so biggest thing here is do show up early if needing to be picked up. I left my water in my car but the owners (who are very nice by the way) provide water and tea and hot chocolate. Only thing you really need a heads up for is that the goats might bless you and that the bathroom is a compost one meaning sawdust instead of flush. The highlight of this whole thing goes without saying is the time with the goats (all 12 of them). They were all very friendly and cooperative when it came to taking pics for the gram. Highly recommend even if it's a drive away.

Seeing those cute goats…read morerunning up the hill towards us will be one of the happiest memories I will ever be able to recall in my life. If you are a serious yogi that requires silence and challenging inversions, this may not be the class for you. But, if you're an animal lover and have a playful spirit, I highly recommend! This will not be an experience soon forgotten, and I have already started making plans with various friend groups to come back. A question I have been asked frequently was, "Do they poop on you?" The manager Lucy has a sense of humor about this and says that if you receive a "blessing", you will be given a free chapstick. Similar to small children, there are some signs of the goats are about to take a bathroom break, so many situations can be avoided. One girl did need to trade out a mat during our class when a goat peed on it (I don't believe she got wet), and a friend just missed a single pellet when we were taking pictures with the goats balancing on us after class. The pictures say so much more about this experience than my review can, so please enjoy!
