Great work. Fair pricing. Quick turnaround…read more George and team did a fantastic job with my water damage / mold remediation project. Their work. (Home prep, covering, and barrier sealing) is impressively sharp and clean. His team is punctual, honest, and trustworthy. Would recommend them to anyone.

This is my second review of Mann Eye in the past 90 days. I made an appointment to see my cataract…read moresurgeon, but my appointment ended with an optometrist instead of the doctor I'd made the appointment with. The point of my visit was to discuss the floater I'd been bothered with recently. Nothing was resolved, however, notes were made on my chart so that if I wanted to follow up, the notes would be there. Several weeks ago, I did call back and say I wanted to follow up about the floaters. I was told I needed to see Dr. Andreas Gonzalez. Today I had an appointment with Dr. Andreas Gonzalez. I waited 35 minutes before seeing a technician who did testing (the recent eye appointment was a comprehensive one so testing was a repeat) and dilated my eyes. Finally, an hour and a half later (after watching the same video three times), I saw the doctor. He examined my eyes briefly and then continued with the technician's discussion of macular degeneration. After explaining a treatment they are offering, I said I'd like to do more research before considering. Dr. Gonzales then said to follow up in a year. When I realized he was dismissing me without having addressed the reason for my visit, I was stunned. Once I mentioned it, he gave me some information, but I realized that one of the procedures I was hoping to discuss, he doesn't even do! Not only is Dr. Gonzales condescending, he is also unprepared--doesn't come to an appointment ready to discuss why the patient is there! He seemed way more interested in "selling" me a treatment. Unconscionable is the only word I can find to describe the wasted two and a half hours I spent today.

Being able to easily communicate ensured the project was what I wanted for my home. I'll continue to always refer and recommend anyone going through rebuilding from a fire, you want to talk with NRT before making any insurance decisions. That was the greatest lesson I learned during this. Bobby Bender was the first person from NRT I met and from there throughout the rebuild I was meet with professionalism, support, and empathy throughout my journey. Hiring NRT, you'll have an advocate on your side and a contractor who is going to deliver the things you are looking for.

Stairs not equally sized, light fixtures not centered over mirrors, corner drywall tape peeling along with many other areas. Initially there wasn't even headroom to ascend the staircase! I had to request adding a coat closet by entryway and a linen closet in master bath. They painted the exterior the wrong colors. The attic pull down access is not up to code and will need to be enlarged when the time comes to replace furnace. The upstairs floor does not seem level and most of the doors now do not close properly. Unfortunately, these issues only developed after their liability expired, but if you want the job done right with knowledgeable workers and quality material, do not hire NRT.

I have used this service twice due to a hose going bad on the water heater. Water was everywhere…read moreand destroyed my spare room upstairs, and the closet in the master bedroom downstairs. My husband called Resto Medic and spoke with Patrick, who came to our house the same day to assess the damage. The very next morning a team was at our house. The first thing they did was tear away the wet drywall and floors. The next step was the set up of dehumidifiers and fans to dry everything out. If you have never experienced this, let me warn you that the dehumidifiers are very loud. When it was time to go to sleep, we had to turn the one off in our closet because there was no way I was going to be able to sleep with it running. I will say that it is very important to leave them running as much as possible to make sure the walls and floors are completely dry to prevent mold from forming. The dehumidifiers and fans ran for four days straight, and when Resto Medic checked the walls, everything was completely dry. I have nothing but praises to sing for this company. This incident happened at the worst possible time. The pipe burst on a Tuesday afternoon, and Resto Medic set up shop Wednesday morning. They checked the walls and picked up all of the equipment Sunday morning. On Monday morning, my husband and I were leaving for a cruise, so a sense of urgency to take care of this problem was needed. Patrick and his team understood the importance of drying everything out, and having their equipment picked up before our trip. He and his team were honest, professional and efficient. My husband and I cannot express our gratitude enough. The second incident was very minor. Same issue, but minor. This time it took two days to make sure everything was dry. The room and closet was already opened up from the first incident, so drying it out was faster. Once again, stellar service with the same sense of urgency to make sure everything was dried out as quickly as possible. If we ever need their services again (hopefully not), we will definitely be calling them back.
