I also had an interview with an Ayurvedic expert Doctor Jose Mario Rincon, and I appreciated the detailed approach he took as he explained every aspect of Ayurvedic treatments and approach to treat the human body. A week later I received the results from the consultation where I learned the imbalances of my doshas, how to treat them with diet, the type of treatment I should have with Ivy and recommendations for after the treatment. I scheduled my custom treatment with Ivy, and as we began, I could sense the care she put into every single aspect of the process. My experience with her was profound, deep and spiritual; I was able to relax, let go and opened up to receive what this process had to offer. Every single day was special in its own way. It's a personal sauna, private with a large blackout curtain in front. There is a small space to get ready and they have the disposable panties and bra so you don't have to bring your own into the sauna. Inside, there is a tray with ice cold water, some jade rollers and cold wet towels - which i thought was the loveliest touch. My favorite part was the incorporated bluetooth speaker. I paired it easily with my phone and was able to listen to my audiobook for the whole hour at leisure.
