We toured three daycares and my son fall in love instantly with Hands On. We love the school for the following reasons: 1. The service and the tuition is a huge win for parents. 2. Teachers are so caring and supportive. They are truly there to educate and nurture. 3. The center has countless fun events, from Halloween parades, to magic show, bubble man, water day, etc. 4. Parents, please let your child guide you. They are the ones that has to go there everyday. Trust your child. We did, and never regretted. Tour the center, see how many toys they have to offer; See how kids are allowed to be kids; see how kids interact with each other.

Great Teachers, Great Staff! Teachers take lot of effort to make the child comfortable when the child is new to school. Highly recommend!

The teachers and directors are truly fantastic and consistently go above and beyond for the kids and families. I'll admit, I went back and forth for a while about whether my child really needed to attend a childcare program. But once we found Elan, that uncertainty completely went away. I feel so good about what she's learning and the care and attention the staff provides every day. What really stands out is how intentional they are. The teachers lead from strong principles, handle situations thoughtfully, and create such a positive learning environment. There are always engaging activities happening that keep the kids curious and excited. They also keep me well updated. I get photos daily, updates when she eat and what she eats, things I was never expecting. Another big highlight is the outdoor playground -- it's massive, safe, and gives the kids plenty of room to run, explore, and just be kids. They have special events and activities that add tremendous value to the program. Things range from puppet shows to animal appearances and so much more. It's worth the spend. Holidays are also fun to see them celebrate, including a Christmas performance at the end of the year. I could honestly go on and on, but if you're looking for a preschool, I'd definitely recommend checking Elan out and seeing for yourself how great their program is.

The variety of vendors and special activities that come through makes me wish I could be a kid there myself! From music classes to petting zoos and magicians, there always seems to be something exciting happening. The open layout is another thing we really appreciate. It creates a sense of one big family, with kids eating and playing together. My little one gets to observe and learn from the older children, which has been wonderful for her development and for building friendships across age groups. The teachers are fantastic. Each one has their own unique personality, giving the kids a variety of role models. They're attentive about guiding behavior in a positive way and are extremely responsive to parents. We also receive plenty of photos and updates throughout the day, which makes it easy to stay connected to what our child is experiencing. The facilities are clean, colorful, and very well organized. Classrooms and bathrooms are always tidy, and the playground is impressively large with several structures and play areas. The rubberized surface and particles under the climbing structures gives me peace of mind while my little "professional climber" explores. Overall, I'm very happy we found Elan. It's also located right next to the Milpitas Library, which we often stop by after pickup. From the outside, the building and surrounding area may seem unassuming, but once you step inside, it feels like a little world of its own.

The teachers are incredibly caring and truly understand and love each child for who they are. As a parent, I always felt confident that my children were not only learning, but also being truly seen and cared for every single day. The staff here truly understand children and treat each child with respect, patience, and care. They encouraged my children to explore, ask questions, and develop at their own pace, all while building strong social and emotional skills. What stood out most was the calm, respectful classroom atmosphere and the focus on teaching life skills along with academics. My kids learned so much more than ABCs and 123s--they learned confidence, empathy, and independence. Little Flower Montessori will always hold a special place in our hearts. Thank you for creating such a warm and inspiring environment for our little ones! Special thanks to teacher Ms.Suzette and Ms Joy.

His social skills have really blossomed too. He's more comfortable making friends, sharing, and expressing himself. We've also seen great academic growth, his stamina and focus have improved. One of our favorite features is the app, which provides updates and photos of every activity the children are participating in. It gives us such peace of mind and helps us feel connected to his day. We also love that it's a bilingual school. Our son comes home proudly sharing new Spanish words he's learned, which has been such a fun and meaningful addition to his education. Most importantly, the teachers are incredibly warm and welcoming. They truly care about the children and maintain clear, consistent communication with families. I can't thank Ms. Rupa and Ms. Rekha enough for their effort and passion towards the children. I should also mention that the price is also very reasonable for Bay Area.

It is bittersweet because our family loves this school, but we know she is well-prepared for elementary school because of how much she has grown at Day Star. All the teachers and staff are caring, patient, responsive and true experts in the field of early childhood education. They have the perfect balance of nurturing a love of learning, teaching respect and boundaries, instilling independence, and creating a fun environment. I trusted them fully with my daughter's safety and well-being because they truly earned my trust. My daughter is very independent and strong-willed, and it was amazing to see how her teachers were able to bring out the best in her without stifling her strong spirit. She LOVES going to school - she would actually complain about having to stay home when she was sick and asked me to drop her off earlier so she could have more time to do work and pick the lessons she wanted before they were taken! For anyone worried about Montessori teaching lacking structure compared to more traditional classroom settings, at 4 years old my daughter is able to write her full name, write all the letters and numbers up to 200, do addition, and identify all 7 continents and the majority of countries in each on a world map. Thanks to Day Star, she knows exactly where Suriname is! I am so grateful to Day Star and couldn't recommend them more.
