She was present for his discharge meeting at UCLA and presented that she would continue his therapy and when it was the week we were suppose to return they abandoned my son. I responded to all emails and was in constant communication with them and I have everything. Keep lying Kimberly.

We decided to do the Kinder Prep Camp after having done the Friendship Club, and were very…read moredisappointed with the lack of compassion and accommodation for our anxious 5-year-old compared to all the other regular camps we did this summer. We received a call within an hour of him being at the camp that he was stressed and overstimulated and didn't want to participate, so he was going to need extra support to stay. This was shocking to me considering how little time he had been there, that the point of it was to help kids adjust to kindergarten, and that their ratio was 2 adults to 7 kids. They told me that he consistently improved over the course of the first day and further improved on the second day, but that it would be too costly to keep another adult there to help him. It was sad for us because he left on a high note, telling me that he'd made a friend and that he had done a better job staying in the group. He clearly felt like a success and I wish he'd been given the opportunity to continue improving, but I didn't want him to stay at a camp where the facilitators believed that he was too much for them. He successfully did a year of TK last year and several other camps this summer, some with a ratio of 1 adult to 16 kids. CSC was polite to me and pro-rated me the other days, but it was upsetting because I assumed the most expensive camp I signed up for this summer (held at a therapy location) would be the greatest success, not the one camp that had to call me about an issue. This camp may work out for kids who are already very familiar with their gym environment and don't really need that much help when they feel anxious, but if you're looking for something that will help your child if they struggle in a new environment, this does not seem like the best choice. Some camps that worked well for us this summer were Pedalheads, Compass Clinic's Friendship Island Camp, Campbell Hall's Creative Arts Camp, and Destination Science.

Special shout out for Sonia Del Busso and Courtney Aholoka who are kind, have a great sense of humor and who have both been instrumental in my time here (going on for almost a year). The facility is clean, equipment is well kept and options for different approaches to exercise are wide ranging. Very grateful to be here.

It has been a roller coaster of pain and frustration ... however, working with Tracy has been fantastic! She is so smart, kind, joyful and quite a brilliant hand therapist... I have been seeing her at 7:30a every session and she is always upbeat and so knowledgeable and supportive. And most importantly, she laughs at my jokes :))) I am grateful to the wonderful people at the front desk ... big shoutout to Sandra. Tatev Tiffany Darbinian is the worst speech therapist! I have asked them several times to remove my…read moreson's name and my number from their call list and they keep calling to set up appointments. They make appointments without your consent and try to bill you (or your insurance) for them. They will call you at 4:58pm on a Friday to let you know of an appointment on Monday and the message says if you don't cancel the appointment (which is impossible to do since their office is closed over the weekend) you will be charged a fee. It's a shame Tatev Tiffany Darbinian runs such a scam operation as the people in the office seem nice. I've lost ALL respect for them and would not recommend them to ANYONE! Children's hospital has a speech and hearing center that is much preferred because they are honest providers and don't try to sign you up for services you don't want or need.

Her gym is full of games and crafts, as well as a trampoline, rock wall, trapeze, slide, swings, crash pillows, and balance beams. Courtney is adept at creating a connection with children and making them feel comfortable and confident. She is able to get our son to follow the tasks and group plan through her positive, yet firm approach. Visiting "Courtney's Gym" is a favorite part of our son's week.

I sat in his exam room engaging with united healthcare to authorize orthotics for nearly 2 hours. His staff amended in and out saying the need the room but Dr. Levi asked them to be patient. He doesn't need to work, you a tell that from his success and all the celebrity letters. He does it for the passion. He's also pragmatic, isn't 'hand-wavy' with new tech, and focuses on fundamentals. For example, he used traditional hand casts for orthotics vs. lasers. Gotta say, I like these. The only minor area for improvement is the administrative side; the office a digital experience for tracking billing, viewing receipts, or managing records online. It's a bit of a manual process, but honestly, for the level of care and expertise Dr. Levi provides, it is a very small price to pay. If you want a podiatrist who actually cares about the 'why' behind your pain, this is the place to go.
