LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS DOCTOR!!!!! WHAT A GREAT GUY!!!! I had an issue with allergies recently, and had to see the doctor. The doctor prescribed a drug I like using, which coincidentally, is carried by select pharmacies because it's very, very popular. While most doctors' office staff would let me figure out how to get the drug myself, Total Medical did just the opposite. The staff went above and beyond for me, calling multiple pharmacies to make sure they carried a specific drug. When they found one, they called the prescription in for me and called me with the details. Moreover, when I forgot a medical document upstairs, they brought it down to me. As for the actual doctor's visit, I waited only a few minutes to be seen. The doctor explained why my allergies acted up, and ways to prevent it from acting up in the future. He was calm and patient -- and how all doctors should be. Ultimately, Doctor Goldberg and his staff treat me like family by being nice and providing great service. Other primary care doctors I've been to make me feel like I'm settling for less, so I always come here. read more

I am still amazed at what happened on my first appointment with this Dr. I booked an appointment through ZocDoc and when I got there the staff said there was no appt booked but they would get me in anyway which was about as good as this got. The staff was nice enough but they have some ridiculous policy about not giving any test results over the phone, even blood work and make you come in for a follow up. This scams the insurance company and the patient for a copay which is annoying. Now to the ridiculousness I was put through in my visit. It was a 45+ minute wait due to the scheduling snafu. Other patients I spoke to said this is the norm anyway. Once in the office without giving too much info about my health out here. The Dr looked at my problem basically said almost matter of factly "Oh, you have "insert serious illness", I question this because the circumstances to make his diagnosis correct are just not possible, he then proceeds to start googling and then says "Oh, no its actually "very minor no big deal illness" and proceeds to read straight from Google to me. I was blown away at how easily this Dr gave a dire diagnosis with no evidence to back it up and had I not questioned him I would have left thinking something terrible. This Dr is terrible and I wouldnt recommend anyone go to him. read more

I was looking for a new PCP. I'm sure Dr. Goldberg would have been a great choice but his support staff really lets him down. There were some important things I really needed to know before my appointment but both times when I called, the receptionist's responses to all my questions were "I don't know" or "I'm not sure". Very helpful, young lady! The second time I called, the day before my appointment, the young lady promised to find the information I needed and call me back in 20 minutes. That still hasn't happened several days later. The last thing I need in my life right now is a bunch of confused people for a medical team. I'll pass. read more

I've been seeing Dr. Goldberg for the past 6 months because I unfortunately got into a car accident and went to his office for physical therapy. I also saw him for a general check up as well. He is very knowledgeable and I can tell he cares a lot about myself and his patients. His office staff is very nice which is always a plus. I highly recommend him for anybody looking for a good doctor or good physical therapist. His physical therapists Eli is amazing, he takes his time with you while seeing you in a timely manner. read more

I've been seeing Dr. Goldberg for the last 3 years for kids school physical, colds and flu etc. I would like to say that he is very good and cares a lot about his patients. I had a big problem one time and the doctor actually spent almost an hour of his time which was at closing time. Excellent Doctor!!! CORRUPT: My wife went to the office and was told by the Dr's staff that the procedure she was there for is fully covered by our insurance. Apparently, the staff checked with our insurance carrier and confirmed it would be fully covered. After the procedure it turned out weeks later that none of it is covered and were billed for all of it. I called the Dr and he told me certain members of his staff no longer work in the office and it's not his problem. I don't believe any of the Dr's claims. He likely does this to all his patients to earn business. I reported the Dr to my insurance alleging fraud. read more

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I went once and as soon as I walked in I had a bad feeling, but stayed for my appointment because I needed treatment. The place is extremely dirty and I was having germ anxiety being there. I should've listened to my instincts because I ended up getting a horrible cold from there. Nobody introduces themselves. After waiting a long time I was put put in a dirty room with an old taped up massage table where I waited again. A man walks in with one glove on and a piece of scrap paper, did not introduce himself or even say hello, just said where's your pain and then starts pushing on my neck, pulling my hair out in the process with his one rubber glove he walked in with. I had to ask if he was the physical therapist, which he said yes, but I seriously have my doubts. He then had me do some hamstring and bending exercises which I said were painful and he said you "need to try if you want to get better" and said to do them at home. He then put heat and the nerve stimulator on my back, which is contraindicated for me because I recently had cancer with radiation to my pelvis. I was then left in the room for 20 minutes with this on my back and no one checked on me. Someone else then comes in the room who also did not introduce himself and told me his name after I asked. I looked him up when I got home and he was the chiropractor, who I wasn't there to see, but he started telling me my MRI looked fine and there was nothing wrong to be causing me so much pain. I took out the report and started reading it to him and he says oh I only read the impression which says spinal disease and not the part saying I have a disc herniation, a bulging disc, and an annular tear. He then tells me to continue the exercises I was shown at home. He says I only needed to come 2x a week even though my prescription says 3-4x per week. After I left I knew I would never go back and immediately looked up another practice and made an appointment. It took 5 days before I could get in to see the other PT so in the meantime I continued with the home exercises Total Med PT told me to do. By the day I saw the new PT I was having severe leg numbness, my legs kept giving out, I could barely walk, and was in the worst pain I had ever felt. It turns out the exercises Total Med Physical Therapy had me doing were actually causing SPINAL CORD COMPRESSION and made me so much worse than I was before I went to them. Avoid this place like the plague, they should not be in business! read more

Dr. Goldberg was very complete in the physical, and was very easy to speak with. I actually really liked him and would have continued using him as a PCP, except the quality of the support staff is horrible. The front desk staff argues with each other in front of the patients, have no idea what you are there for. I was required to go back to go over test results, (which radiology stated was important I follow up) that they couldn't find when i got there after they confirmed they had them over the phone...Then I was told to call them the following day and they would explain the results after requesting another copy. Again, they took my information, told me to call back in an hour, and then when I called back i was given an attitude and was told they would call me when they received them.....its been three days, still no call....i called the radiology department, no one has called requesting the results...not surprised. And the waiting room does not look like the picture, its very dark and they have loud music blasting. read more
