Elements was just right - the ambiance was relaxing and clean, the staff was helpful and nice, and the therapists were outstanding. They provided exactly the experience that my husband and I wanted. For me a general relaxing massage and for my husband deep tissue to work out the knots. The massage tables were a little hard so they could benefit by having a topper on the table but the noise level was low so it was easy to relax. We will be back.

April is attempting to rob my mother of $1500 that she spent on our membership. If they tell you the membership credits "don't expire" that is a lie, apparently. She won't work here much longer and then I hope to come back and resume my 10 year relationship with this business. Until then we will be suing to get our membership money back. April, you should be ashamed of yourself. My mother has been dealing with death and illness in the family for 4 years. Whatever you're trying to pull is disgusting, as are you.
