They are extremely uncomfortable, and during shampooing my head ends up in a position that causes significant strain on the neck, head, and lower back. Unfortunately, this isn't just my experience--I've heard other clients mention the same discomfort, and I've noticed people regularly getting up afterward commenting that they're in pain. It feels like an issue that could be improved fairly easily, but it does impact what is otherwise a very good salon experience. I hope this feedback is taken seriously because improving the comfort of the wash station would make a big difference for clients who otherwise really enjoy coming here.

The spa suites are located on the eighth floor. The facial was pretty standard, slightly mediocre. There were awkward technical issues with the steamer, which took her about five minutes to fix. She did apologize for the issues and ended up getting it working. At the end she had to collect her belongings which is also a little awkward. It would've been great if she could've got the bath started so I didn't have to wait 15 minutes for it to fill up. You have 25 minutes to relax in the room and take a bath or a shower or use the sauna. This would be an excellent experience or well worth it if they allowed more time. The bath took 10 minutes to fill up/figure out and I only had 15 minutes left. 15 minutes is not enough for a bath and to get ready. I would've really enjoyed the amenities if I was allowed more time. I would say 45 minutes would be ideal. I think they should price higher if needed and give people this time. Without time to enjoy the amenities the spa is really just average. I like the brand of soap that they had available and that it is in a private room. Overall, everything just felt very rushed and not relaxing like a spa should be.

Worst f******g massage of my life…read more Me and my fiancé just came out of a couples massage and we told them to use as much pressure as they had to get the knots out of our inner traps and upper lats as we both work out and are super tight. That's it. Instead they just rubbed our backs almost like they were embracing us and didn't use any pressure at all. Tony the therapist that did my massage spent the majority just pulling my legs and my arms and doing assisted stretches... I work in the fitness industry and help people do assisted stretches and and that was done poorly as well and the stretches didn't even make scientific sense with my joints which are bothering me now. So long story short. I was so sore and excited walking in but extremely polite and clear with what me and my fiancé were expecting and through the massage reminded both masseuses what we needed, which was more pressure and instead of listening they would move to a different body part. So weird. Then Tony asked how I was feeling and I said my lats and traps are still really knotted and hurt asked if he could help and instead he started doing assisted rotator cuff stretches? THEN the worst part is that he said sorry he was incapable of giving me a good massage because it was a couples massage and that I would have to rebook with him to go more in depth.... What a scammer it was super obvious that he was trying to not fully solve my problem to try and get me to come back for an another session so he makes more money. That's bad business and is a shitty strategy. Front desk didn't really care when we told them and blamed us for not booking deep tissue but had a good knot removing couples massage previously with different therapists when we had booked a Swedish in the past. but I'm over this place. To summarize it's just the fact I was polite the whole time, had very clear communication and re communicated when needed and we weren't asking for any type of abnormal or crazy service but both therapist were incapable of assisting or listening and Tony even admitted and said verbatim: "I cannot hit those muscle because the room is too small cuz it's a couples massage your going to have to rebook in my other studio."
