I think because he hears all the other dogs barking. My husband said (I was at work) that the girl was really sweet with him and our dog seemed to like her. He surprisingly went into the van with no issues. 50 minutes later we had a beautiful smelling, handsome looking good boy all ready to come back inside our home. I am shocked at how great a job they did with him in such a quick amount of time! He didn't seem too stressed and also wasn't reeking of cologne. The prices are pretty high, but for the convenience, time and stress saved (for us and our pup), it's well worth it!

Our first dog came out slightly panicked but normal for him. Our second dog was timid, and jumpy. Which is normal for her, however she never is aggressive, never lunging towards anyone. She was pulling away, not growling, or anything. They put a muzzle on her, which would be understandable if she was aggressive in anyway, partner was put off by this. Great for a convenience (that's it), however won't be back.
