I think because he hears all the other dogs barking. My husband said (I was at work) that the girl was really sweet with him and our dog seemed to like her. He surprisingly went into the van with no issues. 50 minutes later we had a beautiful smelling, handsome looking good boy all ready to come back inside our home. I am shocked at how great a job they did with him in such a quick amount of time! He didn't seem too stressed and also wasn't reeking of cologne. The prices are pretty high, but for the convenience, time and stress saved (for us and our pup), it's well worth it! read more

Have been with them for years, and as of today will never use them again and do not recommend. The groomer that always took care of my pup is no longer with them and the new one muzzles pups who she thinks will be difficult. The office ignored a note on their file and did not even notify me that the girl who had been grooming my pup had left and they were sending someone different. This happened a few years back. In a day where we are focused on caring for pups that are rescued and have been through a lot you would think they would be more mindful and caring. If you are intimidated by dogs you have never even had. intact with before and have to advise you will muzzle them, then you are in the wrong profession. read more

The groomer herself is great. Their scheduling sucks. Today for the second time in a row our appointment got delayed. Tonight was so late that they couldn't even groom my second dog, now I have to wait a couple days to see when they can get her bathed and groomed. Today they added a customers second dog into the scheduled and bumped me. Beyond frustrated with this company and we didn't even get a discount for the inconvenience. We are new to the area, so we had to find a new groomer for our dog. We decided to give Untangled a go, for its seemingly good reviews. Our boy got groomed 11/6/2023 , we got the text he was ready, and Aundria informed my boyfriend she "nicked" him (didn't show us where) and was unable to finish the groom because he was squirmy, and offered a discount for that. He's never had an issue with any past groomers being unable to finish, although we do understand things happen and that was okay with us. Upon my boyfriend returning home, we searched for this "nick" to make sure he was okay. It was a gash, that was filled with quick clot powder. Within 1 hour, he is already oozing and still bleeding. So a $95 + tip groom, is followed with a vet visit, and the most uneven all around hair cut I have ever seen. Regardless of a terrible hair cut, if someone else's dog seems uncomfortable in your care, or if your groomer feels hesitant they can SAFELY and effectively perform a grooming appointment it should be stopped. I would've much preferred to pay a small fee and have the grooming appointment cancelled, then to have my dog return to me with a botched hair cut and a gash on his neck. read more

I have been going to Dustin for over 10 years now, so when one of my schnauzers past away unexpectedly last Fall, he was the sweetest and sent his condolences. Was thinking price was high so I ended up calling Anna's Grooming (512-592-8727) and she did it THAT DAY for $55 and did an absolute amazing job. It was convenient but dogs didn't smell as good as they normally do. For $150 (2 dogs, $75 per dog) this is less than average & overpriced. My dogs regularly are groomed 1 got a bath only with nail grinding while the other one got bath, nails trimmed & cut. NEVER PAID THIS MUCH! Nope!!! I did not like this grooming. I tipped the young girl (Lara, I think) because I understand she's trying to earn a living, but I regret not taking my baby to Petco where his regular AMAZING groomer, Kirsten, is the manager. I was hoping for the convenience of not having to leave the house while my baby got groomed, but BIG MISTAKE. She was more than a half hour late and I feel like she was rushing the groom to try to get back on track. The first time she brought him to my door (25-30 mins later!), he looked like he did when I gave him to her. I couldn't see what she did. I told her to take a little more off and she brought him back damn near shaved completely. And I just noticed a cut on his front leg. He looks choppy and like he's homeless. I showed her a picture of what the other groomer does and she said she could do it, but NOT EVEN CLOSE. My dog was in pain from the cut and he looks like shit. He keeps licking his wound. Poor baby!!! So needless to say. I definitely won't be using this service again. Oh and for your info, my dog is a Yorkie, but this chopped up shit she did made him look like a shelter dog. Very disappointed. If you go to my review about Petco, you'll see a picture of what he looked like after his regular groomer groomed him. I just feel bad I subjected him to this crap. Anyway. Good luck if you try these folks. Hope it works out better for you. $70 bucks I could've spent somewhere else for sure. UPDATE: The owner, Dustin, called me to apologize. He also sent me a check for a full refund and seemed mortified that I had this experience. My original review of 1-star was based on the bad groom my dog had, but the updated review is totally based on the customer service after the groom. I don't think the bad groomer works for the company anymore, so that's good. Dustin also asked me to give the company another chance. He assured that he would personally groom my dog for free the next time. I was reluctant, but because he was so awesome to talk to, I agreed. I love this company more than anything! I've been getting my dog groomed by the owner, Dustin, for quite awhile now and his care and passion behind cutting the dogs hair is wonderful. Even when he is not available he has plenty of amazing staff who has trained under him and provide the same excellent service as he gives. His care for each and every dog is so amazing, it's great to feel like i have such a trustworthy company to leave my dog with. After all, a dog is a mans best friend.
