For my own purchase, I had noticed a Valentine's Day card she had posted on the gallery Facebook page. After reaching out, Brooke went the extra mile with customer service - she was so kind in showing me all the design options for this specific card. The one I picked was perfect for the occasion! I was so pleased with the whole experience. Can't wait to explore the gallery again soon.

Watching this in action is down right amazing. Karissa is the artist that painted the "fantasy themed" picture for my daughter. She was awesome, approachable and fun to watch. She listed to what my daughter wanted ... My daughter picked out the color scheme and the type of style she wanted which was fantasy based. The painting was painted on poster board. The size my daughter picked was approximately 14" x 22" and the cost was $30.00. With that in mind Karissa worked her magic and entertained the crowd that quickly gathered around to watch. It was a live art show that definitely entertained. So if you are in the area at Pike Place or at the Aquarium look for them. They are pretty much a street vender that sets up directly in front of the Aquarium. If you don't commission them for your own piece of art stop by to see them in action and if you are lucky enough to catch them in action throw in a few bucks in their tip jar. They have other pieces to choose from on their wall for purchase or you can find their story online at: theartsurgeon.com. The online website has video and other cool things to learn about their talent and how the art of spray-painting got started. The website looks like they offer all types of things for purchase as well like T-shirts, hoodies, phone covers, tote bags, etc. Check them out. While on the street - they accept cash only. I happened to come in at a time when it was quiet and was able to have hanging hardware installed in just a few minutes. Now I don't have to worry about the piece falling off of the wall. Most places didn't even do custom mirrors or glass tops, which was disappointing. I almost gave up until I remembered that my great friend Wynia, who's in the glass business. She creates the most unique and high quality custom glass projects like windows, panels and table tops. She gave me a quote of $800 for the mirror and the glass table top, which is more than half of what other places quoted me. She worked with me to create a custom glass table top for my coffee table and a mirror that would fit my wardrobe. After the delivery of the mirror and the glass table top I was worried that it would not fit. The mirror fit perfectly and so did the coffee table. I was very pleased with the work that Wynia did.
