He didn't replace anything and made some adjustments with the existing guts in the tank. It was still leaking out of the flapper a while afterwards. I texted him to see when he would becoming back, since he had told my husband when he was called after the leak continued that he would come back the next day. He replied back that he would be back on Thursday or Friday. Josh stopped by afternoon on Thursday. He replaced all of the guts and stayed to make sure there was no further leaking before cleaning up and leaving. It's all working after the second visit. Josh is professional and gets the job done.

We are so happy with the result we asked them to remodel our three bathrooms. Again, their quote was better than the other 8 companies we compared with. Their timing and flexibility was better as well! Throughout the process of bathroom remodeling, they were extremely helpful, accommodating and easy to work with. From picking tiles and helping us with the pickup (usually pretty expensive), to going out of their ways to seal cracks for us on the wall and hanging paintings for my mom.
