I know they had just fixed a hydraulic leak before dropping it off, which must not have been fixed properly. Instead of estimating the cost from the weekly rate, they did it from the daily rate so they wouldn't have to issue a refund as much. I should have been charged $504 (1,175 divided by 7 days, then times that by 3 days of use) for the 3-day rental. Instead, they charged me $859 for the 3-day rental. They should also have refunded some of the sales tax, but that didn't happen either. I asked them to clean both driveways, but they refused and waived the $180 delivery fee. Now I'm stuck trying to find a company to remove the oil from the two driveways and a sidewalk. They will rent you faulty equipment, and then you will be stuck with an unfair bill and damage to your property.
