When Dan came to do our free estimate, we quickly noticed he was thee most focused and thorough contractor that came to our house. He went inside, outside, looked in closets, the basement and anywhere else he could to try to figure out how he was going to tie the plumbing lines up to the third floor in the least invasive way possible. Then he quickly drew up in his head the best layout for the bathroom leaving enough space for a walk in closet on the other side. Then he gave us the most thorough estimate that very night, not to mention lower than any other contractor came in at. Throughout the whole job they were very dependable, respectful, trustworthy and hard working. The job finished with a few minor changes we decided together to make the job look high end without going over budget. Dan tried to save us money the entire time, even offering me to paint the room if I wanted to. While they were not the low bidder on my job, the level of professionalism, quality, and peace of mind that comes from a job well done is entirely worth it. Their system for quoting, approving the job, and scheduling the work is very impressive. The gentlemen (and that's exactly what they were) who came to do the work were completely professional, friendly, and efficient. Given the size of the job, there were remarkably few areas requiring clarification, and these were communicated efficiently and effectively. I couldn't be more impressed.

They were able to give me an emergency appointment later that afternoon. The tech called an hour before arriving and was able to troubleshoot and repair the issue in the 2 hour minimum required for emergency calls. I was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable total due. Their customer first emergency call system should be an industry standard. I'll definitely call them again.

He checked and was able to see the problem immediately. He got the furnace to work temporarily and came back after the part came in and fixed it in 30 minutes. His service fee was very reasonable and the repair as well. He was so friendly and patient with me. He was very responsive via text on when he would arrive. I have a very OLD furnace so he did provide me with both a quote to repair and to replace the furnace but he never pushed or pressured me to replace. When I do replace the furnace I will definitely call him. I have set up a reminder to have him come back in the spring to check my AC unit before summer. I have already recommended him to someone else and would highly recommend him.

He's the first contractor who has replied and arrived on time in a long time. I recently needed a plumber and reached back out to Sam for a name. Trust goes a long way. I will be contacting him again for a future repair or install for our home HVAC system. I would rather support a local business than a chain. In the long run local is usually better.
