We agreed, but after that he's gone missing. I waited till Monday afternoon, called him couple of times, left messages, but he's not replying. I had to find other plumbers at that time as I had no water in house for the whole day, and had to pay them for something that this guy should have fixed and handled more professionally. It's Tuesday afternoon now, and he's still not replied back. So its clear that Luis doesn't stand behind his work and will leave you stranded if something goes wrong.
