On my way west on Montauk Highway I happened upon a tall flag on the south side of the road that said REMODEL. I pulled in and parked and walked into a beautiful showroom with so many types of beautiful tiles, fixtures and come to find out people ! I was met by Josceline ,one of the interior design specialists. What a joy she is to work with !! Dennis the owner/manager spoke with me and said his crew could be at my house the week after Thanksgiving .. TOO SOON for me !!!! ( I think i visited on or about Nov 1,2023 ) He gave me an alternate date of Jan 8,2024 and off we went ! The Crew, Jeffery, Axel, Fred, Wilmer and perhaps another person show up bright and early on Jan 8 ready to demo my bathroom on a slab.. The tiles on the slab took longer than usual to come off and made a mess a dusty mess.. ( word to the wize , even though the crew puts plastic up to keep the dust at bay, next time I would tape every closet, cabinet and cover every plant , just a suggestion for the homeowner ! ) Out with the old and in with the new ! I chose to heat the floor so no one would step out of the beautiful shower onto a cold floor ! I LOVE IT !! And talk about my shower OMG !! They took out a tub and made the area a little wider than the tub and it's tiled with beautiful white subway tiles to the ceiling ! I have a beautiful niche to hold the necessities and the tile I chose for there is also on the non slip floor of the shower.. Since we are old... lol we chose to put two grab bars in the enclosure just for safety sake, I recommend doing that even if you are 21 years old.. We replaced our big box store vanity with a beautiful well made vanity and the quartz counter and sink are fabulous !! The walls are now real wood wainscotting half way up, instead of the wanna be paneling. The crew could not have been more respectful, careful,polite, cheerful or trustworthy if they had wanted to. I was fine leaving them in my home with no supervision. It was a pleasure to have them in my home actually ! I cannot help but recommend this fine company and the people that make it grand. Take a ride to the Showroom, you will love what you see. Tell them I sent you ( that and 1.50 will get you a cuppa joe )

He made and installed custom granite countertops for us. We never met with him in person, given our current plague, but emailed him color schemes and online photos of what we were looking for. He selected the specific granite used and texted us photos and videos of the material before we had him cut and install. The countertops were, to our happy surprise, even more stunning in person than they were in photos, and he did all work on time. Reggie is very personable and a fantastic, prompt communicator, despite not being the most technologically savvy human in NYC. (To be fair, I'm a total Luddite as well.) No hidden prices (a pet peeve of mine), no unpleasant surprises -- only pleasant ones when we were finally able to see the quality of his work in person. We were on our way back from the Nova Constellatio Gallery and we needed to stop for some gas. She went inside and bought some sushi to eat on the way home. This story just goes downhill from here: About 20 minutes after getting home, Judy (in a terrible state of agnosia) mistakes our new leather sectional for a toilet and let loose with a volcanic avalanche of diarrhea all over our beautiful living room. My wife just happened to walk in while this was happening and began to violently vomit all over herself and our new cashmere carpet. I went downstairs to see what the commotion was and slipped on my wife's vomit and hit my head on the end table, knocking my self unconscious and bleeding all over the floor. While all this was happening, our sewer line backed up and all our toilets were overflowing with raw sewage which ran all the down the hallways of our beautiful mansion. As you can imagine, this was not a mess that any of us wanted to clean up. Also, being millionaires living in the Hamptons means we have a reputation to uphold. We couldn't just call anyone to clean up this mess. That's why we called Carine Chem dry. I can tell you that Jesus H Christ himself isn't capable of the miracles that this man worked. They were able to remove all the awful stains and smells that body fluids are known to leave behind. They were detailed, thorough and discreet.
