Chad did an amazing job restoring the look of our cedar porch which was weathered an ugly gray…read morearound 18 years after it was built and probably at least 10 years after the original water-seal had worn off. His process included powerwashing ... wirebrushing ... bleaching the darkest portions to get the wood to look uniform ... and then water sealing/staining with an oil-based product he advised works better than the brand people typically use. His work was meticulous throughout the process. It's a screen porch and there was no damage involving the screens. We made a great decision hiring Chad to do this project.

We had an agreed upon time (which I took time off work) and four minutes before they were suppose to arrive, I received a text message they would be two hours late. After waiting two and a half hours, I contacted them and was told an emergency job popped up. We agreed to reschedule. They didn't arrive for the second agreed upon time and after waiting fifteen minutes I contacted them and was told there were two jobs ahead of me and they would let me know the ETA. I never heard back from them. This company is not serious about their commitments. I am very disappointed I allowed myself to be taken advantage of more than once.

I would recommend clear and concise discussions about what you need done and writing it down. Dave and his wife are trying real hard to bring good service at a reasonable fee. This group get's a 4 and I'll tell you, as I work with him more, his rating will reflect his service capabilities. BE SPECIFIC when quoting jobs with Dave and take good notes.
