I needed two ceiling fans replaced, he did this with no problem. I also needed a hose bib replaced, but the old one is pretty funky and he didn't feel comfortable trying to replace it. Which I 100% appreciated! I'd rather have someone be honest that they can't do something than try and make it worse, especially when it comes to plumbing. Rates were reasonable.
