The guy Sam quoted $1000 for replacing gutters, but [1] came…read moreout and charged extra $600, demanding cash for replacing the backboard, [2] did not fix and said did not want touch the connected rain diverter on the roof because that is not included, although the rain diverter is a critical part of the rain drainage system, AND [3] ended up damaging the adjacent part of the house. (dislocated soffit). The installed backboard is all wavy and the guy even did not bother to remove the sticker of the new board. When I made a complaint with forwarded photo on the record, the guy Sam called and started yelling at me over the phone claiming that the installation is 100% correct. However, when I asked if he had checked the photo, he said no. In my opinion, these guys are gutter cleaners thinking that they can also do the gutter contractor work, but their skill level and responsibility does not meet the minimum expectation.

Called for an estimate on a Friday of a holiday weekend, got an estimate on Tuesday and the work was done on Thursday. It could have been done on Wednesday, but it rained all day. The pricing was so fair that I didn't even need to negotiate. I had not looked into chimney repair before, but a bird entering your house like it's Santa will make you consider installing a chimney cap. Inmar was on site to provide the estimate, explained the services that I probably needed, and told me I would receive an estimate via email. I received the estimate later the same day. Inmar's team showed up, explained the scope of work, gently moved our plants out of the way, and got to work. I also needed my gutter cleaned and asked if they could take care of it, since they had ladders and experience. He said he'd try to fit it in. They did. I napped in front of the fireplace while they worked. I could only hear light tapping from the brick removal process. They sent photos while the work was in progress.
