They had availability for two weeks later. I wasn't in a rush so I don't mind the wait. I wasn't scheduled for the 12-4 time window. On the day of I had a work commitment that came up last minute. They were very accommodating when I called so I was pushed further back on the timeslot till after 3 PM so I could be home for the service. The technician Isaiah arrived and informed me what he was going to do. Afterwards he sent me a detailed report with photographs of my gutter system. For the first time I realize I had been hearing a fair amount of outside noise (which I'd apparently gotten used to), because these windows/doors are soundproof; now I don't hear anything at all from outside! And even better, the windows are easy to open, and my sliding glass doors actually slide well in the track, and are not shaking and drafty when it's windy outside -- major improvements from my old, builder-grade, 20+ year-old windows/sliding door. Further, the service crew was excellent -- careful, kind, professional, efficient, and they cleaned up everything afterwards. Roger, the foreman, has been doing this work for almost 30 years, and Jose, who single-handedly carried in/out the windows/doors, has been doing this work for 10+ years. I didn't get the name of the quiet third service person who was mostly outside and on the ladders, also very efficient. fyi, they did mention that working on the 4th floor of our condos from ladders was a bit more challenging as the original builder-grade windows had been made to fit by being packed/taped in place from the outside, which necessitated them having to actually break some of the glass to be able to pull the old windows out. But they did it - and did it well. Finally, Shaun, the project manager who gave me my estimate and oversaw the project from estimate, HOA approval process, to completion, was great. Windows on Washington got the job. My windows and my doors were being manufactured. So they sent out a wonderful gentleman to get the final accurate measurements. Great guy. After that, communication was wonderful as were were assessed of the stage we were in. This included when we got the email and calls explaining that, since we were on a higher floor, they needed to bring in some equipment to lift the new doors up to our balcony. No surprises. Installation day was amazing as Joon and his team came in, got everything into place, and cleaned up the areas to better than when they got here. Joon then went over the features on our windows and even explained how we get to and clean the outsides of the glass. Wonderful man and amazing team. Since then, we have gotten copies of our warranty and the guarantees. And the company has reached out twice to ask if we have any questions and to ensure that we are happy with our windows. We are.
