We had a garden window that wasn't sealed properly and they ripped it out and replaced it with a slider that looks beautiful. Gregs's expertise with products and installations proved invaluable. Greg's assistance and guidance really helped in making the best decision for us and our situation. We discussed what options were available and best suited our needs and budget.  We had an undesirable, complex problem - an old, collapsing bulkhead, hidden under a "trap door" of an old deck. We weren't sure if we should have a new bulkhead installed, in a different location, have an egress window, in a different location,  (options which would allow us to have a deck without the bulkhead underneath) or replace the existing bulkhead and have a patio. The issue with the last approach is that there was a drop after the deck was removed.  Greg worked with our landscaper to install the new bulkhead such that the landscaper could backfill the area for the porch.  Greg and Mike did an outstanding job removing our old bulkhead and installing a new one. They are skilled, meticulous and extremely polite. They treated our home like it was their own and the quality and care for my house was second to none Their concern and care for the customer really shows through in a true and genuine manner. We have an infant in the home. My sitter was scared and notified me of the situation why would anyone especially a "professional" need to go inside someone's home to paint the trim and the outside of a door ??? He got paint on my shoe and my infants safety mat. He encouraged my neighbor to take down the camera that I have on the property, I have documented camera footage to support this. He did a sloppy job painting the door the brush strokes or uneven and not professional. There are paint chipping all over the yard and we have a newly walking baby who plays in this yard. This guy and his crew did not properly prep the area or clean it. Himself and his crew smoke on the job. luckily I have the camera footage to prove it , my home smelled of cigar smoke the police came and took report and had this man pay a fee damage the shoe and mat from paint. (They smelled the cigar smoke and commented ). ** also it's been over a year this man drives by in his Jimmy painting red truck and sticks his middle finger up to my toddler standing in the doorway. This man is very unprofessional.

But they went above and beyond to get my roof in order, fix parts of it that I didn't even realize were in the same scope of roof replacement. They even helped tremendously with the actual purchase of my home and the insurance process (insurers are doubling down on old roofs). Johnny and Keith are both very easy to deal with, communicative and made it clear they had my best interest in mind as the customer. Their crew was on time, incredibly hardworking (they worked approx 16 hours to get the job done in one day), and left my property clean and without nails, debris, etc. When stripping the old roof they found that I had 2 roofs so they got a 2nd dumpster -- but the price didn't change; nor did the timeline. They attached photos from a drone (for insurance, again, very helpful) and they followed up after the job to make sure it was up to par. It was from start to finish a seamless experience, and I can't recommend them enough!
