They also said they left a voice mail and Facebook message that no one in our house never actually received. I use Google voice and have access to every voice-mail I've ever received and there is NOT a message from them. Waited over six months for them to fix the incorrectly installed drain. The drain is still not installed correctly and does not work after them "fixing" it. We completely wasted money on a drain upgrade they didn't know how to install. We also now have a remodeled bathroom with a soaker tub that drain doesn't work. We were told we wouldn't be charged for the drain yet we have been. Very unprofessional and obviously not knowledgeable. I would never recommend them to anyone. I can't wait to tell everyone how awful they are.

Our local ISP has contracted Travis Electric to do the final inside install of fiber optic internet…read moreinto their customer's homes. As is typical of electricians installing low voltage cable and equipment their work leaves a lot to be desired. I wasn't able to be home when they were doing the install so I wrote down specific instructions of how I wanted everything installed and what needed to be switched on the modem so it would work properly with my own equipment. Not only could they not follow basic instructions of where to put the equipment but THEY DRILLED A HOLE THROUGH THE DINING ROOM FLOOR instead of running the fiber optic cable up along the existing phone cable. Someone who was home at the time mentioned this and the installer said it wouldn't work which is BS as that phone line was installed after the house was finished. The installer just was lazy and didn't give a damn so he went with the easiest route. Now I have an exposed fiber cable IN FRONT OF THE COUNTER in my kitchen. To say I'm pissed is a colossal understatement, as now not only does the equipment need to be moved but the cable run needs to be redone as well as he didn't even leave enough slack for it to properly reach the modem. It's blatantly obvious that you don't train your techs on how to install low-voltage cable and equipment at all, as this install is the most pathetic excuse of a "professional" install that I've ever seen and I've seen multiple rats nests of cables. It's clear that the only reason your company won the bid to complete these installs is that you were the cheapest option and it really shows. To anyone who's looking to have this company install any wired internet or camera systems: RUN FAR AWAY. I'm not even sure I would trust them to properly install electrical equipment if this install is representative of their other work. They're never stepping foot in my house again and now our ISP will have to spend more time and money sending one of their own techs out to fix this mess if I'm not able to fix it myself. To top it off the installer tried to take two pieces of MY EQUIPMENT that is from two brands that our ISP has *NEVER* used for *ANY* of their customers. Thankfully someone who was home stopped him from taking the more important piece but he ended up taking another one with him that I thankfully got back the next day after multiple pissed off phone calls. This whole experience has been a complete shit-show and I will *NEVER* do any business with this company if I can avoid it. And *NEVER, EVER* have an electrician install low-voltage cable, as this is the type of workmanship you can expect from most of them if they aren't trained on how to properly install this type of equipment.

We worked out the first issue and then we had a second issue with a turn on valve. So because they were helpful we bit the bullet paid the $400 to get that fixed even though they had to come back about do a little more and then we were told that we had additional problems, which unfortunately leads me to wonder. When you get an estimate with no breakdown where this total price is coming from and are just told a an amount with tax. That is not a trusting estimate.
