She simply stared at me before asking me what I needed. When I told her what I needed she rudely responded with "oh....well it's going to be at least an hour in a half to two hour wait" No apology, no questions, no "do you want to wait" so I left. What I found was a variety of bras, panties, Lounge wear sets, robes as well as pajama sets and athletic wear for women. I was greeted and asked if I needed to help and at first I said no...I wanted to browse, see what they had on sale etc. I noticed bras were buy 1, get 1 half off. So I asked if the sized/fitted customers for bras. They said yes and off we went into the dressing area. I was asked to remove my sweater and was properly measured. I felt comfortable and appreciated the knowledge and great service provided by the employee. She brought me a variety of bra styles to choose from and I settled on two of them as I loved the comfort and style.
