I went in to the business to find out why I was not getting a call back. They have me some story about the service guy not doing his job. I set up an appointment for a technician to come out. The appointment time was for 9 am. I specifically asked what time they would be there as I took time off of work. 1015 rolled around and no one came. I called and was told they would be there soon. After another hour, no one came. I called again and was told they would be out. At 1:00 no one had been out. I called and cancelled. Horrible customer service. If I knew this is what I would experience, I would have never bought my tractor there and gave them my business. Would never recommend them.

Their team at the Garden World is friendly and service-oriented, with fast diagnoses and part repairs and I'm told they have a much better turnaround time than local competitors. They carry a big selection of Stihl, Husqvarna, and Toro tools, with both gas and electric options available. If they don't have what you need, they can usually get it for you. They're also an approved warranty and repair center for brands like Honda, Kawasaki, Ryobi - possibly others but these are the ones coming top of mind. They also handle battery repair and battery warranty repairs which is why we stopped in. Another bonus: they have a great selection of Green Mountain Grills along with plenty of refill pellets to keep you stocked up. I actually picked up a cover for my smoker on my latest visit as I hadn't initially thought to get one. They were sold out of bbq mits but did have other bbq accoutrements. Whether it's tools, repairs, or grilling gear, this place has you covered! Highly recommend. Also! They have QR codes for a discount on lawn care so if you are looking for a new landscaping service, stop in and get $50 off.

No itemized repair statement snd the clutch (the main reason I took the mower in) was not really addressed. I was told to bring it back if it didn't work. I was able to mow 6 inches at a time 3 times to mow the lawn. I am done there. Will not return.

For a total of $40, we bought 2 mini pumpkins, 2 heirloom pumpkins, a white pumpkin, and 2 medium-sized orange pumpkins. The mountain of hay bales was fun to climb and provided a great picture backdrop. The hay maze was fun for my little guy, but would probably not be interesting for kids older than toddler-age. The folks I interacted with were kind and helpful. Overall, I certainly recommend this pumpkin patch!

Due to things I had going on i had to cancel. cacontacted himp back a few days later to come back. We settled for 8:30 am the next day. He arrived on time and told me I needed a new tire and said he would call around. He also stated that he would charge me $50 flat rate. And once we found a tire he could go and exchange it for me. I agreed upon that first. He told me that my new tire was going to be around 200 dolland I thought that was a little excessive for one tire, especially such a small tire. So he said he would call another place.He called another place and as he was on the phone I listened to the conversation and google the make and model. When? My Google search came up. I seen that for a brand new tire. It ranged from 49 to $70. He gets off the phone and tells me that he found one for a hundread plus tax. I knew that was a bit excessive. So I continued to Google why he said he was going to return the tire. I sent him the screenshot of the tires I found which were all brand new and told them please do not let them overcharge me for a tire. He text me back and said he found one for a $110. And I ask him to bring the receipt when he returned. I asked him for a receipt and he showed me a receipt for a $100. Was it a proper receipt? I don't know. I just took his word for it but told him that was more expensive than any of the other tires. I had looked up so when it came time for payment. He told me it was going to be a 175 when he quoted me $50 and showed me a receipt for a 100 I told him that was more than. We talked about, but at that point it was done and I was just trying to hurry up and end the transaction. I asked him if he had changed. He told me he did not at that point I did not want to pay him any extra money because I felt like he had already charged me way too much and informed him. I was gonna go to the bank and get change. Once arriving at the bank, the lines were too long and he was waiting outside with my car. So I just went ahead and gave him the money. So we both could be done with the trandaction. All in all, I really feel like because I was a woman he did take advantage and overcharged me and up charged me. I told him as I was giving him the money that I just wanted it to be done with. He agreed took the cash and then left. In all honesty, outside of him over charcharging me he got the work done.

When you purchase premium agricultural equipment, you expect premium engineering, quality control and customer support. Instead, I experienced poor workmanship, inadequate quality assurance and a complete lack of accountability when problems arose. The Guardian Ag Cab was marketed as a premium product designed for demanding agricultural conditions, but my experience has been the opposite. Issues arose due to improper installation of the battery that wore a hole in the air conditioning condenser of this tractor after 14 months of operation. The aforementioned companies hid behind the 12-month warranty and all they could say is sorry and send money. That issues developed should never have occurred on equipment at this age. As we all know latent defects will supersede warranties. Rather than taking responsibility of the problems, responsibility seemed to be shifted from one company to another, leaving the customer caught in the middle with the resolution other than fix it myself. Linder Equipment Company did not provide the level of service or advocacy I expected from an "authorized dealer". A dealer should stand behind the products they sell and work aggressively to resolve legitimate customer concerns. Instead, I found communication frustrating, and no problem resolution. When a customer invests almost $100,000 in equipment, they deserve prompt attention, competent repairs and companies willing to stand behind their products--not excuses or finger-pointing. What has been most disappointing is that none of these companies appeared willing to take any responsibility for ensuring the customer received what was promised: safe, reliable, properly functioning equipment without obvious latent manufacturing defects. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing equipment equipped with a Guardian Ag cab through Linder Equipment Company unless these companies demonstrate a much stronger commitment to product quality, customer service, and accountability after the sale. California Turf answered my call and said the repair mowers. I stopped by the next morning. The gentleman reviewed my mower and quickly checked if had the appropriate part. Having found the part, he told me he would have to charge me labor to install the part or just pay him for the part and I could install it myself. It would save me $50 in labor. Not only did the gent save me money but he also helped me load my mower back onto my pickup. Good news: it took me less than 15 minutes to replace the part. Bad news: In 15 minutes I was back mowing my lawn. I can live with it.
