Every time I'd take it out to the dunes and drive through the sand to get my camper where I wanted it, the front differential would end up cracking or failing. Brett and Kev took the time to diagnose the real issue and came up with a permanent solution. They fabricated a custom bracket to reinforce the front differential, making it much stronger, and also re-geared both the front and rear differentials. I was honestly a little hesitant at first because I'd had so many failures in the past, but after taking it back out to the dunes and putting it through some hard driving in the sand, it performed flawlessly. The difference is incredible. My truck feels stronger, more capable, and gives me the confidence to drive it the way I always wanted to. My car died and the battery would only hold a 39 percent charge. I didn't know you never put my battery back into my car ( the one you said the auto parts store had over night to charge) and I had to purchase a new battery rather than have my battery which was less than 9 months old in the car and if it was defective it would have been replaced under warranty which is why I called and texted many times during the after noon but could not wait any longer and had to spend 300 dollars. You owe me at least 300 dollars plus a list of items..... Such as agreement to repair at my house: only to be asked to have it towed to yours- 150.00 Broken fax clutch and fax- 300 or so Over a week without a car for a job that has an 8 hour estimated time. We towed the car to his car at 5 pm Friday night and he had it fixed, and us on the road by 8:30 the next morning. He worked on the car until 1 am to make sure we'd make it home on time. His price was reasonable, his workmanship was excellent and he explained the problems as he went. When I dropped off the car, I specifically asked how long it would take because I was coming from out of town. I was told it should be done within a few hours or by the next day. Later that day, I called for an update and got nothing. I even stopped by the dealership and found my car still sitting in the exact same spot where I left it. The next day, after they had my vehicle for almost two full days, I called again and was told they still hadn't even looked at it. If you're too busy to work on a vehicle, be honest with customers instead of wasting their time. The lack of communication, poor scheduling, and complete disregard for customers is unacceptable for a BMW dealership. I've brought vehicles here for years, but after this experience I'll never return. Save yourself the frustration and take your BMW to Fresno or Bakersfield instead.
