I ordered glass for my wife's nail countertop, lady told me it was gonna be in on Wednesday, I placed the order on the Friday before, it's been almost a month this upcoming Wednesday and I barley received it today, almost 3 weeks later from the time I was told I was going to get it, I called 5 times, they kept telling me this Wednesday, or this Friday "I'll call you to let you know" NEVER calls so I had to call. read more

I won't be recommending this place to anyone! Promised a window in a week...finally got it about 2 weeks later. No phone call to explain what the hold up was, my husband had to keep calling to find out what was going on. A bit unprofessional on their part by not keeping the customer in the loop. Once they set up a time to install, low and behold they're almost an hour late, had to move our schedule around to fit theirs even though they set the time in the first place! I guarantee we won't be using them again even though they were the better quote...now I know why. read more

Friendly front desk clerk but issues With communication and no show, was scheduled for a service call to measure broken window, service fee 100+ doll not including glass and labor, was told not sure if he would make it out that day they will need to see how that day goes, UNDERSTANDABLE AND OK WITH, so called morning of appt she said she will check with them because they had my paper work and would call me back, I said yes please do I left my husband at this rental property and didn't want him waiting there all day if they weren't coming out, never called me back, tried multiple times to call no answer, husband waited all day in a empty house! 5 days go by and no calls of any kind, called another company Kings glass and they came out without any service fee, that same day Hanford glass called , by that time I already had another company out and saved on a 100+ Service fee. Communication is key!!! read more

2 weeks for this company means more than a month with still no anticipated delivery date for my shower door. They don't return calls, showing their unprofessionalism and lack of customer service. read more

They replaced my windshield and did a good job. Fast forward to last week, I was driving down the highway and a piece of molding around my windshield flew off. I contacted them and told them what happened. They had me bring it in right away. They looked at it and said they'd order a new piece from the dealership and call me when it was in. They also made sure the molding on the passenger side was attached securely before I left. They called me a few days later to let me know the part was in and I could come have it installed.
