We have seen Dr. Zorn since my son was born (17 months now); before that, she was my sister's pediatrician & my mom recommended her to us. My sister is a big weenie when it comes to everything (& my sister loved her), so I figured if Dr. Zorn could handle her, she could handle anything. Dr. Zorn has a great bedside manner & is very chill. Whenever we go in for a physical, she always assures us not to stress on this or that - basically the small stuff. Another huge reason I chose Hanford Pediatrics is because of Cathy Porter, the lactation consultant, works a couple of days out of the week here. She was tremendously helpful & supportive during the first few weeks my son was born. It was convenient to be able to make an appt here for my son but also see Cathy for my breast feeding concerns all at once. (She is also part of the local La Leche League in Hfd, FYI). A few times when I made my appt for Dr. Zorn we were schedule with the male dr on staff (I can't remember his name). He is also nice & helpful, but I felt kind of rushed with him. I know a couple of those appts they did have a few people in the waiting room, but not on every appt. So that I'm not thrilled about. I usually make my appts in the afternoon, because I'm working mom & it's easier for me to go home after, but this last time the front office gave me a choice: appt in the am w/ Dr. Zorn, or appt in the pm w/ the male dr. I havent figured out if that's the difference? I should also mention I've never had any complaints for the front office staff. They are organized, professional & all around sweet. read more

Love this place. It's reassuring, and diligent with my concerns. The wonderful NP Katherine at H.P. diagnosed my daughter with pneumonia when valley children's doctors couldn't hear the crackles in the lungs, it took an X-RAY for them to acknowledge they were wrong. I remain very grateful. read more

Horrible excuse of a Dr, Elinor Zorn !!!! She mis diagnosed our child. She never establishes herself. Moves around a lot. Hummm RED FLAG We do not recommend her at all !!!! read more

I love dr zorn thats why i gave it 2 stars...once i was left in a room till closing...they forgot us......and recently i received a bill for a service we never received...a flu shot that my family gets free thru my employer....and they insist we received it there...so someone wrote in the wrong chart.....!!! read more

The Drs have been great and I've never had to wait too long but I always try to make morning appointments so maybe that helps. The Drs are always thorough and sit and talk with me about any concerns I may have. read more

I absolutely LOVE Dr. zorn, Marge and the whole staff! I feel like Dr. Zorn truly cares! She is compassionate and really listens to my concerns as a parent. The staff is great as well! They are very polite, welcoming and attentive. I would highly recommend this practice to other parents read more

The wait time is horrible! I have waited with my toddler over 2 hours to be seen. The staff has always been nice but I hate the wait time.

Arrived 10 minutes early to appointment with one person ahead of us, after some time she was seen. I continued to wait then another person walked in and was immediately seen within seconds. After waiting for approximately an hour and had to leave for work I call them and explain the situation, the person that answered gives me attitude. Told me that if wanted to speak to someone about the issue that I would have to come in. Never going again. read more

Dr. Zorn was court ordered to evaluate our son 10/29/13 , she diagnosed and then testified our son had ADHD. We have since found out that she never evaluated our son and placed him on an amphetamine 10/29/13 with not even doing a blood test. He has been on this controlled substance for over four years. We took him to another doctor on 12/2017, who did a full exam, blood tests, and a TOVA test and lo and behold, he does not have ADHD. I tried to get Dr. Zorn to listen to my concerns about the horrible side effects of Vyvanse. It fell on deaf ears. Dr. Zorn refused to listen to me and our son, her patient, and to look at convincing evidence we had printed and handed to her 11/8/2017 and again 12/11/2017. BEWARE of this doctor!!!!! read more

I received a phone call from Dr. Zorn's office confirming appt for my son, the following day. The receptionist informed me we would be charged if we missed that appointment. I took my son to get his shot that next morning. They didn't have the shot he needed. We wasted much time and money to make this appointment. I asked the receptionist why they didn't reschedule his appointment instead of confirming it with a threat. She had no explanation nor concern for the huge mistake they made and money they cost us. I took it up with Dr. Zorn, who shared the same lack a concern. I've been a loyal patient of Zorn for ten years and to be treated so poorly was truly heartbreaking and a harsh reality of our new world. Patients are no longer a concern. I share my story only because this is a huge epidemic and it's getting worse. We are good people who are just trying to do right by our kids. This treatment from our pediatrician and staff was unnecessarily stressful and I'm just flabbergasted. Please be sure to make your doctor appointments or they will charge you. When, not if, they don't do there job; remember they don't have to cause that's how Dr. Zorn and her staff roll!! FYI: if you want copies of your medical records on your kids, you have to fill out a medical release form to have the copies released to you. You now are the third party in your child's care choices. No! I'm my child's provider and choose where my child gets care and what type of care. I have to ask to receive my kids charts and wait a week or longer? Sorry Hanford but these doctors are making our family take all of our business out of town. Bigger towns have a better mannerism and professionalism. Patients need to trust their doctors and there aren't any that SHOW they care and too many things slip through the cracks for doctors NOT TO CARE! Hey line your pockets! Who cares about quality patient care! Bravo Dr. Zorn for being part of the declining healthcare in Hanford!! read more

I like the provider a lot however no matter how early your appointment is you will wait a minimum of 45 minutes to be taken back to a room and then wait another 20 minutes to see a provider. read more
