She was very efficient and answered all my questions and concerns with good detail. What an amazing pediatrics office. I started taking my son to the office attached to Clovis community but last week when my son was bit by a spider and had some very concerning reaction to his skin I called Clovis pediatric group and they told me the office located on Kings Canyon and Clovis had availability, of course I accepted the next day appointment (most of the time they have same day appointments) and came there and we saw our regular front desk girl and our NP was there too! I guess on the weekend they must rotate offices which I love. I also loved the layout of the land there being outer space, the office on Clovis and Temperance is all jungle theme. I am just so happy being with Clovis Pediatric Group, I know my son is in the best care. read more

Extremely Disappointing Front Desk Experience I've been a patient at Clovis Pediatric Group for a while, but my experience today with ALEXIS at the front desk has made me want to pull my daughter out of this practice. I called just a few minutes after they opened and was placed on hold for nearly 25 minutes. While waiting, I decided it might be faster to go in person to request my daughter's immunization records. Just as I was heading out the door, someone finally picked up. I asked if it was normal to be on hold that long, and Alexis replied that they were busy with the "morning rush." I explained my request and told her I'd be coming in shortly. She said that was fine. When I arrived, there were only a few families in the waiting room (so much for the "rush.") I gave Alexis my daughter's name and birthdate, and she asked for a callback number so they can let me know when my records would be ready.(It would've been nice of her to mention it would take some time over the phone but no she didn't) I told her I needed the records immediately, which is why I came in person. Her response was blunt and rude: "We're busy. We can't do it right now." I asked to speak to a manager or someone higher up, and was told no one was available. So I give her my number and she writes it on a sticky note. I asked if she could write on the sticky note that this was urgent and part of a complaint. She refused multiple times to write that down, insisting she'd "let them know." I asked her to communicate it to "them" in front of me, and she refused again. Finally, she wrote "CB" (for callback), and only after more pushing did she add "ASAP" and still refused to write down that I had a complaint. When I got frustrated, other staff overheard and tried to help. Alexis had a medical assistant speak with me, even after I made it clear I wanted a manager. But that assistant was kind, respectful, and incredibly helpful. She had my daughter's immunization record ready in under 10 minutes. I told Alexis "so someone CAN help me" and she said "Yeah because we want you out of here" It's a shame that one person can make such a simple task so unpleasant. Alexis was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. As the face of the office, her attitude is unacceptable, especially in a pediatric setting where empathy and efficiency matter. I hope this issue is addressed, because no parent should have to deal with someone like that when dealing with their child's health and medical records. read more

Extremely frustrated with the scheduling here. For five months straight, our appointments with the pediatrician have been canceled at the last minute. As a working parent, taking time off only to be told the doctor is unavailable (again) is unacceptable. Today was our first time at the Kings Canyon and Clovis location. The staff were very kind, the inside of the building is super nice and kid friendly. The them is space!!! I will say that the service was very slow. Much slower than the Clovis location, we usually get called back and seen within 15 minutes. I finally got in contact with a human being and I nicely asked if this was the Clovis pediatric group and a really rude person replied" if you don't know that, why are you calling and hung up on me." A review from my daughter that is a patient here. All locations have really cool themes to their rooms. It makes our Doctor visits fun and exciting to look forward to. There are TVs with good Disney movies playing every time we visit. It's always a different movie. The Doctor's are all really nice I feel like I get taken care of every visit when my mom brings me. When I do have to take medicine they have my mom give me the good kind. It makes taking medicine a lot easier for me to get better. Every time we visit I am well taken care of by the Doctors. First of all I have been bringing my children since they were born to Clovis Pediatric, and they have had there ups and downs. There Ashlan location never answers @ opening time and if you leave a message they DO NOT call back. The office staff tends to be a hit or miss but lately the Clovis office is super helpful, I can appreciate that and the providers all seem to be able to provide adequate care, but not superb which is why they are a 3 star overall today. read more

This place is horrible. We have come here 2 times for tests alone, but never received the results, when calling to ask, you have to leave messages and no one calls back. Took 4 months to get results the 2nd time after calling multiple times every week!!! We have been here for regular visits too, but they never recommend what else needs to get done in the future. I thought my 4 year old needed another shot since the school said this was missing. I just found out after driving over an hour here and waiting 30 min that they had just sent outdated docs to me and my school, my son didn't actually need the shot. I also find out my 2 years old is 6 months behind on immunization, when asked why they didn't mention this the last time he was here, they couldn't find the last visit and said the Dr we were supposed to see no longer worked here. read more

We've been here since our daughter's been born which was May of 2019. We love this place. We've never had a bad experience here. All the staff members are all friendly and knowledgeable. Despite the waiting room being a little full but the wait time isn't bad at all. They've added a "Sick" side now we don't have to worry about our baby getting sick from other kids that are. They have awesome and friendly kids decor in each of their rooms. Different themes for each room. From the time of our appointment and being seen and out the door is about an hour to an hour and a half. I'm giving 4 stars here. The doc and NP are nice as I've only came here twice with my son. I like the office,, it's really clean and has a lot of fun themes. The girls that work the front desk aren't so nice. They need to be trained on customer service. There is no communication when it comes to setting an appt except when you have to ask them they kind of are like "ummm ok" even on the phone the woman who sits at the front desk always puts you on hold but the office is not that busy so I'm not sure why she does that.
