I took my grandkids here recently with a Groupon deal and they had a great time. I would recommend this place as the help is awake and present, not just riding a clock. We bought no food but Icee's. Note that I am a membership holder of three of my children so we like the altitude for experience so my review might be a little biased. The membership at this one at Katie also is affiliated with the altitude location in Sugarland. This one seems to be pretty well covered by employees, a lot are walking around or standing nearby with whistles well to make sure that the kids are playing safe this location seem to be pretty busy on a Saturday afternoon and despite very full with multiple parties at the picnic tables seem pretty good Overall, pretty clean inside and outside parking was very full however, I was patient and was able to find a close spot. You can bring an outside food and I will definitely recommend bringing a water bottle. I feel like they have a lot of spots available for young and old children read more

Big trampoline park. Clean facilities. This was our very first time at this trampoline park and I purchased our tickets ahead of time online. NOWHERE ON THE WEBSITE DOES IT STATE I NEEDED TO PURCHASE GRIP SOCKS!! I saw no option for that on the website while buying the tickets. I had no idea until after about 15 minutes of my kids playing my daughter came to me crying saying some man told her she couldn't play on the trampolines because of her socks. No employee came up to me to explain instead they told my 6 year old who came crying to me. Not a good way to handle the situation! Also after one go the guy working there closed off the section where the foam pit and trapeze bar was. Definitely not a good first time experience here and for these reasons we will not return. read more

1:30pm Friday, June 30th, 2023 Parking is vast. It's shared with the strip. The setup is massive. Sign your waivers, pay your entrance and enjoy. There is ample seating for guardians, parents, grandparents, babysitters, etc. I think you're allowed outside food but don't quote me on that. My toddlers and I came here on a Friday night and since it was such a great deal, I thought we'd have a pretty good time, not that my kids didn't I, as a parent noticed somethings that were no up to par. First thing is. . .we had our own grip socks, in which they say is fine. She tried to charge me for two pair even though she had just told me "you can use the ones you brought." This place has lots to do but it also has a lot of chaos. If you can go during the week while a lot of kids are at school, DO THAT. Their staff is very young, mainly teenagers and they have very few of them on duty. The kids get very rowdy because their parents don't supervise them. I bought an hour pass for my three kids. 50 minutes into their hour they tried to make us leave b/c they said our time was up. I explained that we checked in at 12:15 and the time was now 1:05. I had to go get special permission from the manager to use up the remainder of the hour I'd paid for. They made my kids sit out while I spoke with the manager. It's not our fault they seem to have given my kids the wrong wrist band. My kids were embarrassed and didn't want to use up the last 10 minutes of their time. It's a fun place to take the kids but don't count on being able to eat any pizza. The pizza is made somewhere else and brought in every few hours so you either get when it's fresh, or you get old pizza or no pizza, and even when it's fresh it's mediocre. read more

They even closed the rope swing in the foam pit at 7:30 and acted like we inconvenienced them by coming after school/work. Came with my son for the first time. I wanted to be sure it was a great experience for him, so i called in advance for all the rules about shoes, socks, lockers, and even snacks. The girl told me everything. Then I show up with my son and the guy starts right away with I DONT KNOW WHO TOLD YOU THAT and POLICY... the girl was right next to him and said she spoke with me, then she CONFIRMS what she said next to the guy... and they give me the rudest looks and attitudes because of what they told me. Then I walked in to jump and right at the front they give me dirty looks and tell us that we have to carry our shoes to the top. It was the WORST experience. Came with a friend and everything. I've had my kids' parties here for years with excellent service...until today. The girl that hosted our party was rude to say the least. Instead of the usual friendly above and beyond service, my daughter Cali's party was full of eye rolls, poor service and gossiping about our party with coworkers right in front of us. Last but not least, we were told to leave & wheeled our child's presents out ourselves (which they have done every time prior) due to the rain I guess. This is the worst managed Altitude location in the entire Houston area. My daughters were given one hour free passes from school as a reward. This management team declined to honor their passes over Spring Break. Their reasoning was Spring Break is a holiday and no passes are honored during holidays. My daughters were heart broken as they were really looking forward to enjoying the fruits of their hard work. I called the Sugarland location and they stated that they always honor free passes given to kids. Kudos to the Sugarland location. We will, in the future, take our business there. read more

Extremely dissappointed. It was my last night in Houston with my best friend and Our time at Altitude was a disaster. First off, you have to buy THEIR socks, you cannot wear your own. There's about 4 cubbies big enough to fit a purse in, and with them being all full, I had to go back outside to put my purse in the trunk of my friends car. I go to the bathroom and as soon as I open the door, two of the workers were sitting by the sink on their phones, and immediately shoved them in their pockets as soon as they saw me. I guess that's what you should expect when 16 year olds run the place. The place is infested with middle schoolers, making it a not-so-fun environment for two 21 year olds. The staff is incredibly rude. We got there at 9:30 and asked to jump for an hour. Right at 10, they were kicking everyone out. A young staff member waved his finger to the door, telling us to leave. Confused, we go to the counter and tell them we still have 30 more minutes. They tell us we have to show our receipt...Right when we were about to walk out to the car to get it, one of the girls runs over to us and said "You can stay until 10:30!" Then it ended up being just my friend and I in the arena. Now the staff are staring at us, looking pissy because they have to actually put in some work. The same staff member comes over to us, putting up his hands in a "Why haven't you left yet?" way. I told him we paid for an hour and we're going to stay until 10:30. He then says, word for word, "Well why the hell would they tell us 10? They shouldn't be telling us different shit" Very professional. Well, I usually don't try to give bad reviews. But will be a positive as I can. Bad: First of all this place is rather new, say less than a year old at time of writing. It looks like they haven't cleaned or maintained the place in 5 years. General maintenance would be great. There was numerous safety hazards. In the performance wall the matts were peeling back exposing the staples and nails poking thru. I notified management but they still allowing children to play on. There were numerous missing springs and twice I feel thru on the edge of the trampoline were springs were missing and there was as no protective flaps to prevent slip/fall thru. The performance wall is plywood and painted and looks to be in bad shape as I wouldn't be surprised if when a few kids are climbing a heads all peels down. All in all they really need to do a better job for safety and up keep. The bounce on the trampolines was very little lift. Very odd. Last but not least. The SOCKS, gripper SOCKS are absurb. They make you purchase them. They hardly stay on. Was constantly slipping out of them. Ridiculous. PS this is the only trampoline park I've been to that requires these socks. SMDH Good: It is a creative concept with unique feature that have not been seen at other local trampoline parks. The performance wall "rock climb pit" Jousting Board and ball pit. A swinging monkey bar into ball bit. And there is also a high performance nylon trampoline that have extra bounce and platforms to land and do tricks off of. They also have mon-fri 6 and under bounce for $6.95 and one adult is free. That's a good deal. read more

Gentry our 9 year old was playing dodgeball and some older teen or young adults not sure age began trying to hurt him. They should not have been playing in the same area. One chased him when he ran and threw another ball at him. They all started running at us using the worst language verbally attacking us. We started trying to leave and one guy was threatening to physically hit my husband. I just did what I know to do and started rebuking them in the name of Jesus! Altitude did nothing to them that we could see. They were standing watching. When we got in the car we called the police. They are heading there now to view cameras.. it's not safe and we will not ever go back! They can't call it child friendly when the staff doesn't enforce the rules and the manager just stood and watched and did nothing. The staff is all teens and I understand they were possibly scared but then they should have a security guard on-site! We will pursue this and have already written the CEO and trying to reach their corporate office in Dallas! No family should be put in this position as we were last night! What's crazy is my son was told to go to the 12 and under dodge ball area. These who attacked us were teen or early 20's! Nobody told them to get out! We've been advised to press charges. read more

The management of this establishment deserves a negative 5. Let me start by 1st saying I came here for my child's birthday party. Initially everything was fine even though they seemed unprepared, did not have forks, napkins, waters or enough plates. The kids in the party did enjoy the trampoline aspect of being here. However, fast forward to checkout, today is game day 1 of the semifinals between the Warriors and Rockets. My family and I being huge fans deliberately made sure we stayed away from every tv screen so we can watch the game after the party. At check out, Shaki who is apparently the manger or owner proceeds to talk about the game. I asked her to stop because I have not watched the game and she preceded to tell me we lost. I was like wow, I just told you I have not watched the game and she ruined it for me. You would think this is a meaningless conversation, which it would be, however when I said it was rude for her to continue telling me about the game when I specifically asked her to stop she so very arrogantly said my bad we lost you dont need to bother watching and let me know we lost by 4 points. I was like wow you really ruined the game for me. She still insisted with her arrogance and I finished with my receipt. As I went back to gather my belongings she was snickering and making facing at me which was noticeable by my entire party. I went back to the counter and asked if she had a problem because she was clearly making faces at me. She was so unbelievably arrogant and rude I can not believe she is in a management position. She asked why I was so upset and I again had to explain that I did not wish to hear anything regarding the game, she so arrogantly said how could you not you are in front of the tv. Well hello little miss, I intentionally sat away from every tv screen to make sure I did not see anything. I let her know that she lacks customer service and she basically shrugged her shoulders and said my bad. Her actual word were, what are you 4, who cares if I said something about a game. Mind you I asked her to please stop in the initial convo.Now fast forward to all the kids putting on their shoes, I am having a conversation with members of my party about how she so rudely ruined the score of the game for me. One of her employees decides it was appropriate to jump into my conversation and tell me how and what I should be saying. He was actually polite about it, but I asked him to mind his business and stay out of my conversation. As I was leaving this arrogant unprofessional girl, Shaki was smirking calling for the officer to escort me out when I let her know she is extremely unprofessional and should not be in management. I came to this place with my daughter for a birthday party and it was pretty nice. It is very clean and the check in process is annoying but thorough. You have to sign in on a computer before you can pay and play. They go into details more than other places so with that being said I don't mind at all. The biggest thing I like was the various activities they have besides jumping. My daughter who is 4 loved the swing into the foam pit and she did this over and over again and couldn't get enough. If you are planning a Birthday Party they are in 2 hour increments and Mon-Thurs are less expensive than weekends. They also have there own brand socks with grippers on them to help with the traction on the trampoline. You can tell that the staff is young and don't have must customer service skill set but then again neither did I when I was 16. Ultimately this place is great for having fun and letting your kids burn off steam. read more

The GENERAL MANAGER is a HUGE PRICK. He talks to you like he is your super boss - authoritative and patronizing. First let me say the facility in nice and it's clean, support staff are friendly but are watching you like a hawk, lying in wait to blow there whistle at you. Trampoline Nazi. The also have a kids section which clearly states no children over 70lbs, fair enough I understand but our tall 6 yr old was asked to leave the area. When I spoke to manager he pretty much blew me off, all I did was ask about the policy and trying to understand, he then accused me of being like everyone else and trying to rewrite there rules, I said no I don't want to change them only understand them. So even though it says 70lb it's really 5 and under but it doesn't say that. And they don't kick you out of a area, they just ask you to leave and go someplace else. The manager (Ephram) as well as the staff at this location are horrible! My children earned passes for good citizenship from their schools for this location. He refused to allow the kids to use them saying they were only passed out to Elementary schools when the children received them from the Junior High. We were so glad to have found Altitude. We took our three-year old here today and he had a blast. Altitude is relatively new and the facility is very big, bright and clean. At least two areas won't be open until a little later but there's plenty to things to do. We came around 10:30 during their Toddler Time on a weekday. From the moment I walked in, I felt a sense of hostility and just weirdness from the staff. I have a 21 month old, and he played in the toddler area for a bit (adults can't jump with the child in that area so he got bored quick). The toddler area isn't anything great... maybe 12 small squares to jump in? The other areas were not anything great either. If you just have 1 toddler, I'm not sure it's worth it.
