It became about production, it really didn't matter if the quality was even average as long as they got paid. Being a woman I have struggled between being heard, my feminine image and communicating with a person who had no idea or cares what is important to me when it comes to image and function as a below the knee amputee. I finally found my place. Clint, Kevin and Cruz have surpassed even my expectation. I went from having. After multiple phone calls, I was able to schedule an appointment for my daughter that was 6 weeks out. Our appt was for 3 pm on Friday afternoon. Due to some traffic, we were running a few minutes late (my bad!). At 3:04, I called to let them know we are on the way. I was placed on hold and by the time we were in line at the office (3:07), I was still holding on the phone. The waiting room was packed with people, so it's doubtful that they were running on time. So, I checked in with the rude, grumpy front counter lady at 3:08, who barked "you're late, so you'll need to reschedule". Seriously?! No thanks!

My upper denture cracked and I was desperate to get it fixed right away. I called two other companies who seemed disinterested in my problem and would not be able to see me right away. One piece had broken off and couldn't be used. I did a google search and found Oral Arts Dental Lab. I called and a very friendly pleasant voiced answered. When I told her what happened , I asked if they could see me right away to repair my denture while I waited. She said she would talk with Bill (the owner) who told her to have me come right in, which I did. This is a very professional group of technicians and all are very friendly and made me feel comfortable while I waited. Their price was more then reasonable and I recommend them highly. They are good people.

Dr. Bal was extremely patient and professional explaining everything very clear.I received my new bridge and I don't have any problem at all.Visiting dental office is not something that most of the people would like to do but Dr.Bal is making visits very comfortable and she is definitely someone that I can trust.Office is very clear and stuff is very kind .
