Technique seemed to account for most of the results quality. Dr. Yamahata patients showed VERY natural results. I immediately schelduled a consult and he spent an hour with me and my partner educating me on size, implant type, scarring, recovery and drop and fluff process. I decided to move forward that day and immediately talked to his staff, who were all so easy to talk to and were so professional. I was able to learn about financing on 0% cards and the discount for cash in full payments. I also learned about warranty for the implants and choices for anesthesia versus 'twilight' anesthesia. The surgery center was able to schedule my surgery less than 6 weeks after my consult. There was a pre surgery appointment that let me have some time to zero-in on the sizing that I wanted where I got to try on different implant sizes which allowed me to realize that going larger would still look appropriate. When surgery day came they treated me with great care and even saved my 'existing' 30 year old implants for me take home! LOL. They sent me home with a gift bag with fuzzy socks and a stuffed pumpkin, a new surgical bra and extra gauze. Afterwards all of the followup appointments were included and I felt VERY well cared for; Now I am at 4 months and the drop and fluff process has occurred and the results are gorgeous. Beware of before and after photo manipulation. They have you put your feet on numbers in a full 365 circle for before photos but after your Lipo, they ask you to spread your feet on outside of numbers, so that your legs are more spread apart, making you look slimmer on after photos. Furthermore, I had a follow up appointment with Dr Hegstrom to go over my results, which I was not happy with. I still had hip dips and I did not see a difference. My body actually looked more proportioned before. I feel it looks deformed now, uneven. My hips and waist line are not even anymore. Dr Hegstrom was thinking out loud and brainstorming on how he could fix my hip dips and make a more of a even hourglass shape that I was told I would have. He said he could preform a revision on my hips and blend into my waist but also take some fat from my arms and place in my hip dip area. I asked him, would that all be included in my $1895 revision fee. He said, let me go ask my manager Alicia. He came back shorty after and said, I have good news, she approved everything. He told me that I will only need to pay the revision fee of $1895 and take down my negative yelp review. There was a nurse in the room who can confirm this. I agreed. I met the manager Alicia on the way out. She told me she would call to schedule my revision appointment. Then once again, disappointment and broken promises. Just like the disappointment I laid out in my first review. Now she is telling me they will not honor what I was promised and charge me additionally, arms - $3,000 fat transfer - 4,000 Revision to Flanks/Surgical Fee - $1,895 Acting as if I'm getting a discount by saying they will only charge me a Total of: $6,895 Mind you, I originally paid $15,000 for full body Lipo with BBL. But on day of surgery, Dr said I did not have enough fat for BBL so he talked me into doing Lipo on my hip dips only. I was very disappointed but agreed. They refunded me $8500 so I ended up paying $6500. Now they want to charge me another $6,895 which is $14,000 in total of what I would pay them. How is my original quote of $15,000 for full body Lipo with BBL compare to $14,000 for only arm and hip Lipo with fat transfer to hips. Those numbers do not make sense in comparison to what I would receive. This business is a scam and manipulating in multiple areas. I do not have an issue with the Dr Hegstrom. He was nice, fair and willing to fix my issues. My issue is with management and their business practices. I feel as if I waisted $6500 and so much time, energy and stress, just to look worst.
