They offered me 1 maids for 4 hours. Based on knowing what I wanted my home to look like for a deep clean, I asked for 2 maids for 3 hours (6 man hours). When they arrived, I did a walk through so they new my expectations: I asked them to dust everywhere, clean windows, clean baseboards, vacuum, do a full deep clean of the kitchen (including refrigerator), and completely deep clean the master bath (the 2nd bath has been used maybe 3 times). Well... when it came time for them to start wrapping things up, my husband and I did a walk through... 1. Baseboards we're filthy 2. Master shower still had visible stains... she said they wouldn't come out, my hubby tried... came right out 3. Fixtures in the master bath weren't touched... very dusty 4. She was asked to wipe down items around the sink... she was reminded again... she left without doing so 5. Items in the master bedroom had not been dusted... (fan, bed frame, picture frames, etc.) 6. She was asked to wipe down each TV again... I was like "you don't see that????" 7. No where in our home was dusted 8. Our kitchen counter had not been wiped well... they went around items... I told them they not only needed to wipe the items but also move them in a deep clean 9. They never got to our floors- like AT ALL!! There were enough items not done that had to be repeated that both maids weren't able to sweep and mop the floors in the house... they spent sooo much time doing a half-assed job.. and then having to redo, that my husband and I had to clean the floors... amongst other things that they "did not get to" 6 man hours for an almost brand new home... most of the home is not used. Emailed the company the next day to express my dissatisfaction... Followed up with pics... and can you believe that I was basically blamed for them not finishing and not doing a good job... apparently we had too much dog hair??? And get this... their maids can't stand on ladders... well.... can they bring the right materials then?? They have dusters with poles... wtf.. there should be no excuse to why a cleaning company can not dust high areas (our home is not vaulted!!!! If I could have given 0 stars I would have. I will never use this company!! Don't waste your money!!! Never settle for subpar work.

It's something I've wanted to do for a while but had been putting off bc it's intimidating. Melissa Moser was recommended to me. Email correspondence was prompt initially and my first appointment went very well. I liked that they have a package plan for a trust that includes multiple things and was ultimately provided to me in a full binder package with everything tabbed (with definitions and instructions) set up so it's easy should someone have to use it in the event of my untimely death or incapacitation. After our one-hour consult, I was given some paperwork to fill out for them as far as assets, accounts, possessions, etc. and signed a contract fairly quickly and paid my half deposit (remainder due upon delivery of documents/binder). Melissa and I had about a 2-3 hour meeting one afternoon where we really sat down and went through all my assets, my plans for the future for my daughter, and how to structure my trust in such a way that it will still provide guidance and influence for my daughter where I can still have a way to instill some values in her if I were to no longer be here to parent her. We included education, health, travel, and additional benefits for her until she's around 40. Incentivizing things like foreign travel abroad, higher education, marrying later, health and wellness... etc. Melissa was a great partner in working through those things and providing some guidance and examples as well as steering the conversation and leading me to the goals I wanted. Yesterday I arrived and the team was well-prepared and had all my documents ready to go - I signed in front of witnesses/notaries and they quickly made scans/copies and had my binder ready to go. I feel much better now that I have everything lined up for my very young daughter so she will be well provided for and I will still be able to look out for her if the worst and unexpected happened. Additionally, I now have a will, a durable power of attorney, and advanced medical directives outlining my wishes. This sort of thing is unpleasant, but something you need to think about as you get older. My grandmother died with no will with 5 adult children from two marriages and it was a nightmare. I don't want to leave that for my family. Working with this firm was exceptionally easy and the comprehensive binder they provided will walk my loved ones through everything they need to know if I were no longer here and they won't have to guess what my wishes are, they're clearly laid out.
