OMGoodness! I just had my first visit to The Good Feet Store (Tuscaloosa, AL). We were just looking…read morefor some shoes to help my father-in-law's aching feet/legs etc. when we found out it wasn't a shoes store, we almost left...until Teresa and Hailey showed us how they might be able to help. They assessed his feet and were able to show us where the issues were. Then they explained how these regiment of in-sole use could help. They don't just relieve, they're supposed to correct! (We even used their foot massager while we waited .) Then... we tried them. These in-soles...!!!!! AMAZING! But then...$$$$! The price hurt us and they don't take insurance. So let me warn you now: Don't even try them unless you are ready for a long term payment . HOWEVER, for people with foot and back issues, you know, it's worth it. I think you might even ending up saving money in the long run--you won't be constantly replacing store-bought in-soles, you won't have to buy the expensive tennis shoes or have to replace shoes as often. The Good Feet in-soles cover your LIFETIME. So, my advice, skip your next Brooks-shoe purchase and use that money for your first three payments on your GOOD FEET INSOLES! No, I was not paid or given any discount for this review. I just know the challenges my father-in-law has had and they really helped him. I also decided to get assessed because I have plantar fasciitis and have a "prescription" for insoles--They don't have ANYTHING on The Good Feet insoles.

She was very thorough and extremely helpful in explaining about " The 3 steps system for the arch supports. When my sister and I entered the store, Tonja welcome us with a warm smile and assisted us with our cares/ concerns. She treated us as if we were family, and this was our first time in The Good Feet store. My sister and I was pleased with the feedback that we received from Tonja. I came back today and my right foot was in pain. Well after I got fitted for the arch support the pain in my right foot ceased. I owe it all to Tonja for helping me today. This is why I give her 5 star x 5 stars. To the owners of Good Feet, you did and excellent thing by hiring Tonja.

Doctors are excellent, but the support staff and billing process have been extremely frustrating…read more I received a "First and Final Notice" for a bill more than two years after my visit. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to reach the billing department. When I called the office for assistance, they were unable to help and simply transferred me back to billing, where no one answers the phone. To make matters worse, the note on the bill threatened collections. I attempted to pay the balance online, but the Phreesia payment system froze and would not complete the transaction. At this point, I have tried every available option: The billing department does not answer calls. The office staff cannot answer billing questions. Calls are routed back to billing with no resolution. The online payment system is not functioning. The physicians may provide good care, but the administrative and billing experience has been unacceptable. If patients cannot get answers to billing questions or make payments through the available channels, there are serious organizational issues that need to be addressed. Unfortunately, this experience has earned a well-deserved one-star review..
