I absolutely love everyone here... front staff is welcoming & friendly. Gavin fit me & built me my Prosthetic (I'm a Below Knee Amputee). He is so encouraging & knowledgeable. Oh oh oh & Tatiana, I met her days after my Amputation, she came to fit me with a shield to protect my stump. And answered my dumb questions. It was nice since she's an Amputee herself. Received a hinged knee brace. Apparently you have to adjust these yourself! The straps stretch fast. So cutting the straps a few times would of been nice to have been explained if it was explained to me as I was afraid to do the cutting myself do to the fact if you cut off too much they would become inoperable ruining the brace. Not cheap and would have to replace. I had called over a week ago to ask for a refitting and received no call back so I went online and figured out myself. read more

My son gets SMOs from here. Our fitter(?) is professional, skilled, and encouraging. I am so grateful for people like her who understand parenting when they provide their recommendations and advice and don't judge. We interact with many different providers due to my son's diagnosis and the pressure from some of them can be overwhelming. Hanger has been a pleasant experience for us and their staff have been helpful and kind to us. read more

Front desk staff was very unhelpful and uncooperative it's unfortunate that they employ the staff they do however the doctor was nice

This is a great office with friendly and helpful people. They specialize in leg/arm/foot prosthetics and supplies for people with injuries/disabilities, etc. I am a lymphedema patient, so Kaiser sent me here to receive support stockings and the technician (shout out to John Paul) was so so helpful, thorough, and all around great at assisting me and explaining all of the products available to me. He brought out samples, and was very honest and up front with what was available and what wasnt, as well as giving me some helpful tips with managing my slight disability. The receptionist was also friendly and everyone there seemed genuinely interested in their patients and their care. I was also seen ON TIME, which is also a plus! The office was large and clean, with magazines and plenty of room for patients and kids and whatnot. It was very presentable, and Im pleased that Kaiser referred me to such a great office. A year ago I went in and was measured for a leg brace, it took for ever, i finally got it, did not fit it fell off after 15 min, I called them and the guy was out of office, I finally got in I told them that the Ortho Dr said wrong brace, they said to late to return and he gave me this material wrap to put on first before putting on brace! it still did not work! They also told me it would be around 40 or 50 dollars for co pay and I just received first bill A year later for 178.36! They just made it right! Thank you read more

i really really hate this place. full of rude people. after waiting months and months for an appt for orthopedic shoes i finally went in for my appointment. first i waited @ the window. people in the back gossiping instead of taken care of the window and customers then i was forced rudely to wear a mask then waiting and waiting after my scheduled time sum guy finally came and yelled out a name but went immediately right back to the back area i followed and asked if it's me (gave my name) he responded rudely there's only 1 person in the waiting room (which is a lie in itself) he sits me down and the first thing out of his mouth is, r u having an angry day? i told him nope its just this place, then this racist starts questioning me and didn't like my responses i answered long time yrs i'm not sure he starts calling me bro. y, because i'm mexican? i told him i'm not yor bro. i'm a 50 something man and this is my name....he continued to belittle and b rude and closed his laptop and said this is over. get out.... i gave him a few choice words and left with nothing but rudeness from that clinic.... looking into hiring a lawyer.... read more
