Some people in my group cashed out at the bar and when they came back to the table, Ashley started yelling from behind the bar, waving a tip jar and their receipt, saying they didn't tip. She kept yelling even after they walked back up to the bar to address it, and then followed them outside continuing to shout. Other customers even mentioned this isn't the first time she's acted this way. It was embarrassing and definitely not the type of environment you'd expect when coming to enjoy a game. For clarity -- tipping is optional, not mandatory, in case Ashley was unaware of that. Since you have cameras, I encourage management/ownership to review the footage from last night.
