This place is nice, small an had the vibes of a place to go chill and watch sports with friends. The staff was professional and nice. They greeted us as we walked in and quickly took our order. We only ordered a meatie pizza and a calzone to go. So the only thing I can review is the pizza. The pizza itself was cooked the way I like it. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars is I would have preferred more pizza sauce on the pizza and also more seasoning. I felt the sauce itself was a little bland while everything else was great. Just finished some rapid-fire, high-level horror trivia and my friend and I are totally spent. The owner/trivia host did a great job and, incidentally, reminded my friend and me of our mutual best friend who passed away in 2017. He was the hugest horror and movie buff we had ever met--even appearing on the now defunct show Ultimate Film Fanatic--so this was a very serendipitous night. The ultimate pepperoni was on point and I'm looking forward to trying a calzone and stromboli in the future. The food was very good. The server was very friendly. However, it took over 30 mins to get our appetizer and I had to ask for my beer order a second time after my husband got a refill on his soda. Then we waited probably another 30 mins or so for our food order to come out. We had put in our order altogether within 10 mins of sitting in the restaurant. I'm not sure what was causing the long delay with the food but this was my husband's second time eating here and he said the experience was the same. He gave it another try hoping it was a one off. We ordered online and did a pickup on a weekend. The parking lot is a good size so plenty of parking. The menu has a variety to choose from but can also do a custom order. The wait time was longer than expected. We were told it would be ready by a certain time but ended up waiting additional 25 more minutes when we arrived. You can wait inside or hang out in your car while you wait for your order. The taste was pretty good. It was our first time trying this pizza joint out and did try a few different flavors but overall, it would be something I would try again. Well, we went there for the supposed atmosphere. We're met by a table of what I would call "obvious regulars". Now, these are the type of folks who will immediately turn normal people off from a dive bar. Even though they are what most would say are the spine of the dive bar scene. But making people uncomfortable would be a reason to either cut them off or at least let them know they're treating the place too much like their home couch. The bartenders and the food? Great! I've only been one other time and it was a good experience. We were waited on promptly after arriving, and our waitress checked on us intermittently. We ordered a 14" pepperoni pizza, 10 hot wings, a an individual veggie pizza. Everything was really pretty good. The pepperoni was a bit greasy, but my boys still mowed through it after we dabbed it a bit. My veggie pizza was delicious, and the hot wings (extra crispy request) were the best I've had in a while. Small bar for football watching and a few tables, there was a large group so it's hard to say how many its actually seating right now, but they do have to go available. Plenty of TVs for sports, with jerseys from a few teams up on the walls so it's not claimed by any one sports fan base. One caveat- they don't keep pizzas on a warmer while waiting for pick up. So the crust (which was delicious) had gone a bit floppy by the time I got pizza home.
