Everyone we interacted with was helpful and nice. They take a lot of pride and care, you could tell. We got there for a 1pm reservation and got there about 15 minutes early so we could get everyone shoes figured out and food ordered. Rosa's Pizza is inside the alley. We got 2 large pizzas and everyone must've been big fans because there was not even as much as a leftover piece of pepperoni. It was hot and delicious! The bowling screens were new with easy, user friendly prompts and there were several types of games you can choose from. It wasn't a hassle to change the bumpers on and off either. You also get to choose a theme for your bid display bowling screen. We picked disco and ocean, the kids thought that was pretty cool. We used a ramp since we had a kiddo under 5 with us. It's also appreciated that they had 6 pound balls; sometimes we've been to "family friendly" places and they don't have the lighter weight balls because they jam up the pin gatherer or the gutters. Even with varying weights of balls being used on our lane for different ages, we didn't have any issues with the balls getting stuck, or didn't have to call at all for assistance resetting pins. The big display has a countdown on it for the amount of time you paid for and automatically shuts off the lane when you're done. We got done just a big birthday party was coming in and the staff turned all the lanes over very quickly. Will definitely be back again for more fun in the future. Side note: I forgot we had visited Cheney Lanes before in 2020 but it had all been updated and refreshed I didn't recognize it. They did a really good job in there.

Customer Service The owners are absolute joys to get to know. They truly want to know about your experience in Escape Rooms. I moved away for college and they kept in contact. They also sometimes include certain team names in future rooms. They are highly relational, highly intentional, and are always willing to receive constructive criticism to make their location better. Immersion The scariness of their rooms are fantastic. In the rooms I have done I would give it a PG-13 level scary. There are great jump scares, and your heart is racing the entire time. The scene is set the second you enter a room because you get lead in with bags over your head. Makeup and Costuming is incredible and this business should pride themselves in the quality of actors. Rooms The rooms have gone from good to great. In the beginning 2015, the rooms were a little lackluster, but the last room I did was incredible, immersive and visually pleasing. Every 2 to 3 months they are creating a new room which is something not a lot escape rooms do. New Puzzles, new environments, and new creations constantly are bringing people through the doors. Showed up with a reservation in the morning and were immediately helped. One of us already had a bow reserved, so he was getting set up by Beckam while Michael set up a couple flagship bows for me to try out with the assistance of Joel. There would be people that came in and out of the shop or called which slowed the process a bit but nothing unusual or off-putting. The staff and the patrons were nice which gave the shop a very welcoming, pleasant vibe. We went through the options of bow accessories, traded in our old, bare bows, did some bow tuning and shot the course without having to make too many additional adjustments. We even came back the next day to shoot the course again. Foam targets were in good condition with assorted ranges, but it can be challenging retrieving arrows if you miss as much of the area is overgrown with tall grass, low hanging tree branches. Thank you, Michael, Beckam, Joel and the Spokane Valley Archery crew for the hospitality and helping us get our bows set up. We'll definitely find an excuse to fly out again. Hire Joel!

Went in yesterday 8/28/2025, as I was having some pretty aggressive cam lean, and some serious…read moretuning issues. Michael came back from his lunch at 5:40pm, 20 minutes before they closed for the day. And managed to fix the cam lean and did a full retune of my bow within 20-25 minutes. He absolutely saved me, and made it to where I'm able to hunt the opener of ID archery elk. Now my fixed blade and mechanical heads touch my field points, whereas before they wouldn't get within 2" of one another. I seriously cannot recommend S.V.A. enough! Thank you Michael!
