I called them and they were able to send Oscar out right away. They told me to save 60 -90 min for the consultation, which seemed like a lot of time considering every other company just needed 5-10 min of my time. However, i was willing to invest the time for the right doors and right price. Oscar and i met for over an hour. He was super friendly and knowledgeable about all my door options. He brought along a presentation (via his ipad), as well as materials so we got it all done within that hour. The other companies took a lot less, but resulted in a few trips to my house and lots of back and forth via email. I honestly probably prefer the latter since less time all at once. In the end I went with a different company due to price, but thought this company offered a good product at competitive pricing so would be worth looking into them.

They dealt with my insurance company and handled the whole claims process for me and made sure I got everything covered. They even credited my deductible so I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket. The crew was professional, protected my landscaping and worked quickly. These guys came out and found the problem, replaced the siding in a very professional manner, and corrected the downspout issue so that it feeds directly into the gutter. When they noticed that there was a greater degree of damage than initially identified, they were honest about it and gave me a new reasonable quote. They went above and beyond. This time it was Nehemiah and Kevin that came out. Highly recommend.

Just finally completed all the windows in our home. We did them on 3 trips due to the cost and we…read moredidn't want to take a loan out. Windows cost a lot no matter where you go. It takes about 6-8 weeks once you order. We had problems with our install on 2 of the trips. The second install the guy left caulk in 2 spots on our hardwood floor. We never called about this because we are planning to resand them. This is very careless on his part because he did have tarps down. The 3rd install the guy who put one of the octagons in never leveled the window. So as they were ready to leave and my husband checked the work it was obviously off center without even placing a level. The guy fixed it before he left. Now that the work is done, we are happy. Windows are beautiful. Just make sure to check everything over before they leave.
