While they may handle injectables and basic procedures adequately, I would never trust them with a laser or an RF microneedling device again. At this point a year or so later I'm clearly agitated and because she's the face of the company and the one who should be making sure she follows through with her promises that somebody reaches back to me as she stated, I was understandably upset because afterward (which I have this recording. Calling and demanding accountability is not harassment. I have all the recordings, and none of them were ever heated until today. Bad words are not harassment. To put it into context, My brother works in a high-risk field and was physically assaulted and harassed by a client. Guess what? The law has very specific criteria for harassment or assault. So, again just to put into perspective, swear words in a heated argument and not directed toward an individual for harm, is not harassment, and stating you know an officer is actually misuse of a police officer as they are civil servants and responsible not for the well-being of one individual who they know but for the rights of everybody so I think threatening somebody like me as a client who's calling and just demanding accountability and speaking to the same person who is pushed me alongside and never follow through with her promises as the receptionist, after a year I think I am entitled to be a tad bit upset. This is just a highlight of what you would have to deal with if you had to speak to them over an issue that you want resolved and where they're putting money over you. However, there are ethical standards broken when you fail to follow up with patient' care sending a picture to the microneedle company and them responding a-okay does not negate the way my skin Lost laxity and felt as though I was "stretch Armstrong" in my face. (the best way I can put it) I have pictures with clear evidence they took the standard pictures following so I don't know The game that they're running is just infuriating and poor ethical medical treatment. I've been patient, so clearly, as a client who's then had to go and fix this elsewhere, I'm quite upset, and their response is not empathy; it is ego self-righteousness and then ultimately playing the victim. Instead of understanding the client being extremely upset and mad now that this has been overlooked on multiple occasions.. complete radio silence, they're now playing the victim because, for the first time ever, I was upset. Again, this goes to show you. God forbid you have an issue. They will ignore you and blame the client for being upset after a year of ignoring you, and the Better Business Bureau whom they stated they responded too . However, they did not because I just confirmed it So who has more to lose by telling the truth certainly not the better business bureau. Again feel free to reach out I have the countless emails, The cell records, the recording of anytime I've attempted and got a voicemail or the front office person and that was it. What's not acceptable is being ignored not the fact that I called and became upset after hearing the same rant from the front office receptionist. Again when accompany promises to make right and this was the second and final secretary I spoke to and have only spoken to her once and I believe she holds a little bit of a managerial position, and radio silence thereafter or excuses it's not acceptable.

But she decided to try something new, and got her hair dyed for the FIRST time EVER. Upon showing and combing her hair, her skin came onto the comb. She had severe burns from them using too much bleach. Upon reaching out to them to merely see if they could help, they implicitly blamed it on her for not telling her a 4th time after she had already said it was burning.. The first thing I noticed was the big, warm welcoming smile from Tina. She made me feel comfortable right away. When I first came in, I initially wanted to cut just my bangs. I decided I wanted to just go for it and asked if I can get a totally different hair style and showed her a picture of what I'd like (I too hate when things get moved around without warning, I realized it as soon as I asked.)
