Stopped by Saturday morning for a pedicure and to get 2 nails fixed. The pedicure was pretty good. My nails however are terrible and I had a terrible experience. One of my nails had broken all the way down to the skin and was super tender. The male technician proceeded to take a file to it and not only was it extremely painful, he made me bleed. The two tips he used are curved and I pointed that out but he assured me he'd make them match. That was not the case. The acrylic application was so poorly done and uneven I had to ask him to take a file to the sides where it was extremely bumpy and asked him repeatedly to try to file them more flat to match the rest of my nails. The polish application was also terrible and uneven. There was also nail glue all over the tip of my finger. read more

I heard yesterday that the establishment let the unruly manicurist go, so I made a appt for my daughter to have her nails done by the owner, Hannah. Not only did Hannah do a great job, all the ladies took care of us and went over and above in taking care of our mani/pedi. The atmosphere and ambiance was quite and peaceful. My child's nails finally grew back to there natural length, and Hannah took her time and designed them so beautifully! While I tired to take my previous review down this evening, Yelp is not allowing me to do so, so I am leaving this update to change the shops overall rating. I went at the beginning of May for an updo and eye brow waxing. I had called a day prior to schedule my appt and was helped a couple of mins after my arrival the day of. Tracy started w the eye brow waxing and as she continue the process, she asked if I wanted the whole face waxed? To what I responded, mmm! I've never done such a thing, but felt spontaneous to say yes right on the spot. Tracy made me feel very comfortable and safe. Let me tell you, my face still looks smoother, more firm and brighter! Worst experience ever. It was my first time and last time here. The person who did my nails "Peter" was so rough and rude. He kept pulling and tossing my arms every where. The nails are super chunky. At the end he drenched my hands in cuticle oil and gave me a paper towel to remove it. I was also charged +$5 because they were "LONG". Such an unpleasant experience. read more

I know it's a known thing nail ladies are a bit rude but usually it's in an absent minded way. The nail tech I dealt with was intentionally rude and made this experience so awful. As soon as I arrived and stated I had a Groupon, she immediately huffed and asked me why I didn't just go through their business. Ummm why tf do you think?! It's not complicated. She then proceeded to insult me by asking how much I paid for the Groupon when I was showing her the voucher. I told her I didn't know the exact cost but if she read the voucher it was for a full set.. this is where it gets weird. She literally made me show her my banking app with the Groupon purchase which ended up being 25$, she stated that that wasn't right and it was more, I tried to explain that Groupon had given an additional discount when she just started talking over me to another mail tech. Unsurprisingly so, she didn't listen to my initial request of adding length to my nails and started the dipping powder, when I stopped her to add the length she gave me a bowl to soak my hand and the went to start on a new customer. By the end of my appointment I had spent 2 hours there and my nails were so chunky and done so poorly that I just wanted to get out of there but then as I'm paying for my pedicure I find out she is charging me an additional 20$ for fixing her mistaking and "making long" NEVER AGAIN will I return here. Word of advice, don't get the Groupon, they'll over charge you once there anyway they can. read more

Trust me when I tell you, you won't be disappointed!! I've had lash extensions for ten years and never had such a perfect (and affordable) set! I mean PERFECT! Hannah is truly the best and I've been to dozens and spent a fortune! Then I decided to get a gel fill from Hannah - same perfect results! This place is very confusing. Is it a nail salon, is it a beauty salon?! I made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure. I saw the beauty salon and mentioned I was looking for a stylist. The nail tech didn't try to sell me more services. She was just interested in over selling the pedicure packages. Once it was time to do my manicure, the tech apparently had zero experience with any type of designs. She was chatting with the other nail tech and they were going back and for. I could not understand. I just wanted to be done and get out of there. The owner, Hannah, sat a table away and did nothing about it. I spent the entire time having my manicure being done by a different tech while the other tech stood over. Both were talking back and for (not in English) and I spent over 45 minutes getting my nails painted with this going on. I had the worst headache. I was soo miserable. If you're an owner, be responsible and get up to make sure your customers are happy. read more

I have frequented this shop over the years before ownership changed. Up until now, I have been quite pleased with the services. However, on my visit this past Friday, I was highly offended by the women I believe to be the owner. When a worker completed my pedicure, the owner (I believe) offered to assist me to my car since I use a walker for balance. As we approached the vehicle, she stated, "Oh, it is good that you still drive." I assumed she meant since I was on a walker that would hinder me driving. I stated, " I can drive, but just have trouble walking." She stated, "It is good that you still drive while in your 70s." First of all, I am 20 years younger than that and secondly, "I informed her that I was not even in my 60s. She apologized but continued with a barrage of questions about my exact age. I was highly insulted and enraged. One statement/question about someone's age is ignorance but continued questioning is just plain stupidity.
