My mom and I were looking for a place to go get our nails done a week before Valentines day. It had been a while since Id gotten them done and with my mom moving down from the LA area, we've been searching for a place together. I sent my mom a list of places and the first option they were automatically rude due to us not having an appointment scheduled. This ended up being where we ended up and it couldnt have gone any better than it did. They greeted us warmly and although they were busy they told us to give them a few minutes and they'd be right with us. Not 5 minutes later were we getting our nails done. They offered us a drink while we wated. My mom opted for the green tea and I had a Mimosa. Tony treated my mom so well,she's been having an issue with one of her nails and he paid attention and made her hands look stunning. I had Mary and she was the sweetest. She did such an amazing job. We went back this weekend and this time around my mom was helped by Tony and Holly and I got Amy. This is an amazing place to go. They stay busy consistently because although we had an appointment mannn did they have clientele. They are always so sweet and pleasant. My mom and I will definitely be returning. read more

I called ahead of time for an appointment and asked for 1pm and the lady on the phone told me 1:30 then when I show up she says she booked it for 3pm without notifying me, this is not the first time this lady has done conniving things like this to me, she's lied and said I've never tip my guy which I did and I tipped more than usual. And another time she messed up my paint job and I had to come back 2 days later, extremely unhappy with her and she will be the reason I don't come back. It was my first visit based on reviews. I had an appointment for a full set, oval shape, ombré French tip. My nail tech was an older male, I typically prefer male techs so initially was excited about him doing my nails... unfortunately, I walked out completely disappointed. My nail shape was more of a sharp almond, not oval like I asked. And my nails are completely FLAT. No rounding on the beds at all. Definitely not worth $67 (which they initially rang up wrong, then ran after me in the parking lot to collect the remaining $5) I also previously tipped the nail tech $20 cash bc of the holiday season, it is also just in my nature to treat people the way I'd like to be treated. The only pro was that he did a decent ombré color... and tried his best I suppose. Needless to say, I won't be back & do not recommend this shop read more

And -1/2 star color I wanted they were out.. over all I would give them 3 1/2 stars because he massaged and scrubbed my feet really good.. place was clean and they offered snacks.. they also have a frequent visitor stamp card. This was our first time at this establishment. I was so happy with our experience! We were going to do "walk-in" but called ahead to check if they were available for two pedis. They were accommodating and said we could come in 30 minutes. Everyone working was very welcoming, seemed like they were happy to be there, and took their time with both of us. I absolutely love this place! I started coming here for my pedicures. It's been a couple months now and I've brought in my mom who is extremely picky with her pedicures and she absolutely loved it too. Then my mom brought my sister and safe to say this is our go to place. They all do an amazing job and they are all so sweet. It is so nice seeing that they greet their regulars by their names; it goes to show they really care! The vibe gives very family like, which is sweet. Listen.... I'm not a nail girly. For the past 5 years, being active duty has ensured that my nails stay with regs; short and clean. Now that I'm out and working at a bank, I realize how much appearance is important. My hair is always cute, outfit is banging, attitude and excitement to help others is on lock, but the nails that was another story Not anymore!  I want to thank Tony for working his MAGIC on my nails/hands and giving me the spunk and extra glow I've been needing! She worked.... nope.... she took care of my feet and had me dancing out of that salon enamored with how cute my toes looked done up.  The entire staff was super friendly and funny. The manager greeted my husband and I the second we closed our car door and headed towards the door to enter!  Everyone kept offering us drinks, which we loved. So much hospitality! I was a regular here. It's usually super busy but you can find better services else where and won't be turned away. I stopped by last week for a dip nail manicure I did not have an appointment yes my fault. A guy at the front asked the owner not once, not twice but three times if I could be seen and she ignored him. He ended up asking me to take a seat which I did to see if I could be seen or not. She got up to look at my nails and asked me to return the next day.... I said I wasn't sure if I could go in and she was persistent on be making an appointment to go back. No thank you! it was 5PM, it didn't seem that busy and they close at 7. After going to UCARE nails across the street I see how much better their work is and will no longer be a customer at this location. read more
